My wife brought my son at 8AM, and there was no one else being seen. Finally got out with a strep test around 9:15AM. Told that prescription was being called into pharmacy. Got a call from the pharmacy that whomever called in the prescription did not give complete information and, when they called clinic, the outgoing voicemail said they were closed and the phone hung up so unless they heard back the prescription couldn’t be filled until the next day. I called the number, and got the same result - no answer. I drove back to the clinic to let them know and no one was at the front desk for 3 to 4 minutes until I yelled “hello”. I made sure that I waited around until somebody confirmed that they gave the pharmacy all the information they needed so my son could get better and I could save ourselves yet another trip to a place that seemed inadequately staffed. The positive reviews here are essentially “very nice” of there is a comment at all. The experience was poor compared to other clinics nearby.

upon entering completely sick, the front desk did not greet me and made me feel like an idiot for not doing the online thing. i was coughing a lot and they did not even ask if i needed anything. it felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. i waited over an hour. i get to a room and immediately see one of those dum dum suckers that had been used on the ground. nurse was okayish. doctor was much kinder and understanding. i didn’t catch any names. i don’t really want to return despite the convenience of the location. i see a lot of positive reviews, perhaps it was a bad day. still unwilling to return.

I visited their facility today and it was an amazing experience!!! I was able to register online and they replied back very quickly. The staff from the front desk clerks to the nurses and doctors are amazing and very friendly. The nurse gives the best shots by far and the doctor was very thorough and helpful with my injury. I will definitely be coming back for more visits. Thank you all for your kindness and hard work.

I was seen there today. I was able to check in and save my place online which made for minimal wait times. The staff there was incredibly kind as well. From the front desk to the lady (didn’t catch her name) who saw me prior to the provider coming in, to the provider. Through and through we’re so kind and made for a really pleasant experience today. Which is especially great when feeling sick. I’m appreciative of the kindness I was met with.
