Lynda Suzanne Murff's Online Review Report Card

Dr Murff’s office was a horrible experience. I went as a new patient several months ago. My first appointment which was billed as my annual exam lasted less then 10 minutes and she was unapproachable/gruff. Immediately following the exam I was bombarded with appointments that they expected me to immediately go to. When I said I have work and can not spend unplanned hours at the doctors office, their response was ‘oh- then you can just reschedule & hope to get in. We normally deal with old people who don’t have plans. ‘ Eventually I went to the additional appointments for tests and my test results were sent to out of network providers to read. I had knowledge or choice on where they were sent . I have good insurance and there are plenty of in-network options. I should have been advised or alerted. In short… you are just a number and they treat you like cattle. Rushing you in and out. I always give people a second chance and form my own opinions so when I read the reviews I didn’t take them for truth. Please don’t make that same mistake.

This doctor does not provide thorough health care. She does not take the time to look at your health history and does not seem interested in listening to your needs.

Good physician! Cares for her patients and never gives up on them. I’m very happy with the medical care I receive in this office to the physician to the front desk. Highly professional.

Very disappointed in her way she treats you very rude and disrespectful don’t explain why she change medications and won’t stay with more than 5 minutes will never use her again waist of my time and money what a ripoff sent a bill for doing nothing at all day in chair the whole time!!!!!

No stars on this one. Dr. Murff was extremely dismissive and rude. She will 100% rush you. I honestly thought she was having a bad day or something bc I like giving the benefit of the doubt, however, after reading these reviews, I was not off about her. I am a bit of an anxious patient, so I ask a lot of questions, at one point she paused and asked me: "Do you not believe me or something??" in a very rude, snappy way. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone, and if you're somewhat of an anxious person, cancel your appointment. She is not the one for you. I truly believe she should be behind the desk, doing research or else, not seeing patients, she is NOT a people's person, nor is a kind human. She's in the wrong profession in my opinion. I left the appointment more anxious and angry.

This was absolutely the worst doctor visit I have ever been to in my decades on this earth. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. She was very rude, dismissive, and condescending. There is no way I would ever go back just to be treated like that.

I started seeing Dr Murff during the pandemic and have been 3x for general wellness visits. She is extremely rude and dismissive. She also doesn’t even do a real head to toe exam but I’m sure she is billing my insurance company for it. Which also means she is falsifying documentation. She also refuses to refill a prescription for me that I’ve been on for 10 years.

Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. All the negative reviews are spot on. She’s dismissive and condescending. Dr. Murff refused to refer me to a rheumatologist, insinuating that I was a hypochondriac and offered to put me on psychotropic medications. I changed doctors and was diagnosed with RA through a rheumatologist referral by my new doc. This lady sucks at life. I can’t believe she’s allowed to practice.

I HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR.MURFF TODAY. MY DOCTOR OF 20 YEARS+(DR. TOM CALLAWAY) RETIRED ON ME IN MAY. HE REFERRED ME TO HER. THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AT CHECK IN. DR. MURFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I ALSO HAD BLOOD WORK AND MAMMOGRAM DONE TODAY. MY APPOINTMENTS WERE AT 8:45 AND 9:30. TO MY SURPRISE I RECEIVED A CALL AT 3:30 TODAY FROM KIMBERLY IN HER OFFICE TO LET ME KNOW ALL TEST RESULTS CAME BACK GOOD.

Dr. Murff is very direct and open, which I appreciate, and she makes herself available easily. The complaints I see are around a lack of tact, but I would rather have a doctor who tells it like she sees it. I haven’t been through a serious illness since I started seeing her so I can’t say yet if she gives 5 star care, but so far I’ve been very pleased and can recommend her without any reservations.
