If I have to describe how amazing and fabulous she is I’ll need more than 1000 characters to tell how great/amazing time was when she was my Primare Care. Unfortunately she had to move to the location close to her house. Until now I had a hard time to find other doctor to keep her job on take care me as patient like her. She is all the stars on the sky!

Very friendly Doctor & staff when I checked in. Then you get the bill in the mail w charges sent to the insurance co for services the office claims you requested. Derek the "Billing Mgr" at doctor's office says he knows what was discussed even though I never met him or talked with him prior to calling to dispute the bill. Asked for correction on the bill, he says "No, you signed legally binding papers when you were here to pay." But the invoice is incorrect, I never discussed any of this w Doctor or request these additional services/appointments when I met w Dr. She said to come back to review results & then suggested I schedule future health exams w her. Don't let the friendliness fool you; get an itemized statmnt of why you were there & that no follow up is required, including your balance so you don't get an invoice later saying you owe money for services/apts that were never discussed with or requested by you. Derek said I have to pay & hung up on me.

I found Dr Parsons to be very pleasant and not rushed. After a thorough examination she explained the possible reasons for the symptoms I was experiencing. I left feeling that she cared.
