I took my wife to the Fast Pace Health Urgent Care in Blountville, TN, on Hwy. 394, a couple of weeks ago because we tried another Urgent Care and they said they had reached their "quota" for the day. Fast Pace took us right in, even though it was near their closing time. They treated my wife and did a wonderful job. For the past week I've had a similar upper respiratory illness and decided to go to the same Fast Pace Urgent Care. They took me right in. Since it was my firs time I had the choice of doing paperwork or filling out my registration online. I chose the online option and completed that registration in just a few minutes. I was in to my room within minutes and the staff did a great job taking care of me. I highly recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care!

Ms. Miranda is extremely thorough, professional, and patient. She takes the time to listen to her patients and makes great suggestions for preventative care. Wait times are generally quite reasonable.

The front desk lady was extremely nice but that's where it stopped. The nurse was extremely rude and they took forever to see me. I will not be returning

Although the PA seemed confident with her diagnosis of a cold. I was left with no solution and an unethical charge. $500 charge is outrageous for an office visit and no follow up capabilities. After leaving my cough progressed making it unbearable to sleep. I am still sick 3 weeks later and I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on over the counter meds on top of a pointless office visit! I was told to keep doing what I was doing but could have used more help than that. Honestly, to have a cough medicine prescription on file at the very least would have potentially eased this process. I regret even coming in. I wish I had just went home and rested instead of taking a chance at exposure with a weakened immune system and feel taken advantage of for the finance process. I was asked to pay $100 or leave an open ended credit card to be charged without even being quoted an office rate. I am ashamed at this practice for taking advantage of those in need. Granted billing has provided some reassurance of the process and maximum cost out of pocket. Truthfully I’m beyond anxious of the cost for a wasted visit! There is no way to reach the office by phone and would never consider them as a primary doctor with no way to contact a person…. I’m now being told I owe $125 and my insurance has paid $250! That’s $25 less than an office visit without insurance. They will receive a total of $375 for a joke of a visit. I would NEVER recommend this company!
