I've been a patient of Dr. Linder's for years now and have never had a bad experience. He's an old school doctor in a small office on Hesperian in San Lorenzo with a small staff but that's one of the things I kind of like about them: I never have to wait weeks for an appointment. Usually they can squeeze me in within a day or two. I've found him to be thorough in his exams and have always been diagnosed and treated correctly and healed well afterwards. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they don't have an online portal where I can see my past medical history but that's because he prefers to spend more time talking to his patients then inputting data so I can respect that.

my cough was persistent after a fever. so I called Dr. Linder's office before 9am on Jan 2. they made an appointment for me at 10am on the same day. exceptional and courteous services!

Worst Doctor I had my entire Life! He's more concerned about telling stupid jokes during your office visit. If I didn't find a better Dr I would have never found out about my cancer. Do yourself a favor and find a better Dr

Dr. Linder has been my primary for over 15 years. My parents went to him. I have recommended him to all my friends.He is a good old fashion, bedside manner genuine doctor.His staff he the very best. They are kind sweet and friendly.He is funny, professional.

Terrible experience with the terrible receptionist! I even not finish my question and she just hung up the phone, which is so rude! When I saw her, she just ignored me! If I do serious, I will find a lawyer and issue her! Thought she might can't wait to get retired and just so lack of humanity! Though Dr is nice, but with this rude receptionist, you may skip this hidden place! To be honest, I rarely write reviews and rarely make any judgement, but this is just my experience and do not want any one to be hurt again since we may already feel uncomfortable and that is the reason we came to the doctor! Business and money is important, but as a medical field, still think helping people and thinking of them should be the first thing! Then you will be a good doctor!

New patient. Called in to schedule an appointment and spoke with someone on the phone who was a bit rude to me. I advised her I'm a new patient right when I spoke with her and would like to schedule an appointment. She said the doctor will be on vacation soon and there are no availabilities. She did not ask when I wanted to schedule the appointment and asked again if I was a new patient. I then answered yes I'm a new patient and then she advised me again that he will be getting ready to go on vacation again. Again, she did not even know when I wanted to schedule an appointment. She didn't even tell me when he will be back from vacation to see if I'd like to schedule an appointment when he returns. Definitely will not be making any future appointments here.
