Switching to dr. Bergman has been the best decision I've ever made! She is so kind, sweet, and very smart. I feel so thankful to have an incredible provider like her on my team! I had to wait a few months to get my initial patient visit but it was 100% worth the wait. I can't say enough great things about her. Best doctor I have ever had!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bergman and her fantastic care team (both at the office & hospital)! Dr. Bergman is popular, so sometimes the wait to see her is long, but totally worth it!With my first child I received OB care from SEBMF in Orinda and delivered at Alta Bates. I had an awful experience and was re-hospitalized for 5 days after being discharged from delivery with severe complications that were missed and dismissed when I had brought them up with that particular care team. The experience was extremely traumatic, and it took 3 years for my husband and I to decide to try for a second child. We also knew that I needed to find a new practice.When I became pregnant again, I switched to Dr.Bergman. Sadly, we suffered a miscarriage. Dr. Bergman was exceptionally compassionate and caring during the entire process. She encouraged me and gave me hope. We were able to get pregnant again and Dr. Bergman and her wonderful staff took outstanding care of us. I was very nervous for this pregnancy and delivery based on my previous experiences and Dr. Bergman took every precaution to make sure I was safe and comfortable during both the pregnancy and delivery. Because my delivery took a long time (an induction that resulted in a c-section), we had a long hospital stay meaning that I did not see Dr. Bergman every day that I was in the hospital. She made a point to call me in my hospital room to check on me and see how I was doing. I have never met a doctor who goes above and beyond to care for patients as she does, and if this delivery experience had been for our first child, we would not have waited so long to try for a second!Thank you, Dr.Bergman!

Dr Bergman is an incredible OBGYN. She's compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. She takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed and ensures that you feel comfortable with all decisions being made in regards to your health and the health of your baby. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch physician, she's the best you can find!

Dr Bergman is a gem! Caring, compassionate, gentle, and understanding. She has restored my trust in gynecologist. After feeling injured by my previous Dr. of 30 yrs, I no longer fear going for an exam. If you are looking for a great doctor she definitely is one!!! Such a blessing to have found her.

We had a wonderful experience with our delivery with Dr Bergman and her staff. We felt fully supported by her and loved that she advocated for us during some unclear moments for our baby's care after the delivery. I also felt like she was extremely compassionate and easy to talk to. As a first-time mom and AA woman, I was extremely nervous about my experience during the delivery, but with Dr Bergman and her team, I actually trusted the entire staff to take great care of me. We also received some care from Dr. Wada who was also really nice and knowledgeable. In total our entire Sutter Health experience in Antioch was wonderful. Everyone was very supportive and caring. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

My wife started seeing Dr. Bergman about nine months ago when she found out we were about to have a baby and new to Brentwood. A few weeks went past and we were lucky to find out we were having identical twins. They are now 5 weeks old and we have been wanting to find the time in that period to write a review for our almost year long experience with Dr. Bergman. Because of COVID I was limited in the number of appointments I could attend with my wife so I really got to see this incredible Dr. in action in the hospital. For all the men that want to see someone advocate for their wife and for all the woman who want a Dr who is willing to both be there for you and provide the care that is needed, look no further. We were concerned about a C section and all of the work that goes with having twins and could not have had a better experience at the start of their lives with Michelle Bergman. Post operation her number one priority was my wife and her comfort and she proved a big advocate for her in the hospital and when she got home. Everyone is healthy and happy today (yet sleep deprived) and we could not be happier with my wife's choice to see Dr. Bergman.

Had one well visit with Dr. Bergman which went well. I wanted to see him again after 6 months because I am diabetic and needed bloodwork and refills on my scripts. No one answers the phone in his office. No way to leave a message bc the mailbox is always full. Someone told me to get the MY CHART app as you can make an appointment thru the app but the app tells you "an appointment cannot be made at this time." No matter what time of day you call or what automated number you choose....for patients, for doctors, for billing...no one picks up. My pharmacist was able to fax the office to get my scripts refilled but I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment but no luck. Who needs a doctor that can't be reached? Moving on!

If I could give a million stars I would! I find it extremely hard to believe she even has any bad reviews at all because she has been the most incredibly caring and knowledgeable OBGYN I've had and I've now had three babies all different doctors not to mention all c sections... I knew immediately after my very first appointment with Dr Bergman that I was meant to have her as my dr for this last pregnancy. From my first appointment to my last she ALWAYS came in with the greatest attitude and excitement. I always felt so comfortable and cared for. She makes sure to really listen and go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. I came across about 3 sutterEmployees who had her deliver their babies and every single one said the same thing, she is AMAZING and truly the best at what she does. Not only that, I also came across a handful of friends and others who also had her deliver their babies and EVERY single lady said the same. Dr Bergman was truly put on this earth to do what she does. I can't say it enough please go to her she knows her stuff and she is a god send! For those who will be having a c section let me tell You she is the one, she fixed my terrible old scarring and gave me one amazingly unnoticeable scar! I can go on and on and I probably didn't even cover everything but GO TO HER!!!!! You will be so happy you did!

I have have had the pleasure of not only working side by side Dr.Bergman but also being a patient. She delivered my first baby. And the experience was amazing. She is by far one of the best to have done this job. Being able to see her with her professional cap on to seeing her outside the work place she stays true to herself. My experience of being a first time mom was put at ease with comforting words from Dr.Bergman and I look forward to her delivering the rest of my children.

Two years ago I choose doctor Michele Bergman as my OB doctor, couldn't be more happy, such a good doctor, she cares for her patients, always feel so comfortable with her. Recently I just gave birth to my first baby, the hospital staff at Sutter delta Medical Center are amazing, the really make me feel like I was at home. Can't say enough about this department and doctor Michele. Thank you for for this amazing experience that seemed so easy with all of your support, loving and caring nurses and doctors !
