American Sleep Medicine in Brentwood is fantastic! The staff and sleep technicians made my experience a good one. I was worried about what to experience with my over night sleep study. Wes and Renee are highly focused on providing the best quality of care and are extremely easy to work with! The nigh techs have this process down to a science. Now I am sleeping better and love my C-pap machine. Thanks Brentwood American Sleep Medicine!

If I could give negative starts I would. The tech was HORRIBLE and not helpful. My young child removed their leads (while sleeping) and she informed me I would have to untangle all leads prior to her coming back in to but them on. They will lie to you and your insurance company and then foot you with a large bill. I wish I never would have stepped foot in this facility. Almost a year later and I am still dealing with this nightmare. Save your self and stick with a facility that is paired with a hospital.

Cannot recommend. Not upfront about costs. Did not get proper insurance clearance as asked.

I am beyond excited to let everyone know howLucky iam to meet a wonderful sleep doctor name Dr Hagaman, her staff members!I walked in Dr Hagaman office beyond nervous, not sure of how the outcome would be for me! I was told most of my life that my sleep issues were off due to me being bipolar, overweight ! That was not a answer I was going to take ! Front staff members were extremely friendly , funny ,no signs of being rude or to busy to assist me nor judge mental so that really made a big impression on me . Dr Hagaman came in my room with such a positive friendly personality I instantly got bright vibes from her there was no second guessing her profession!We had a great discussion how important sleep is, what it can effect she is Not the doctor who just wants your money she truly cares about her patient s! Nor does she just write any prescription like other doctors do So I completed what she recommended which was serval sleep studies results being I have sleep apnea we tried serval masks when I got frustrated trying all the mask in the world that was not made for me Dr H was Soo encouraging to me that I didn't not give up even though I felt that was the best answer at that time. I am glad that she was very patient with me , helped me find the perfect mask, She took her time reviewing the results of the sleep studies never did I feel rushed out the door or feel dumb for asking questions! She helped me understand what the results were , what was the next step from that moment on . Dr Hagaman,her staff will go beyond the stars to assist her patients! I am so blessed to call her my sleep doctor, if she don't know a answer to a question she definitely will find a answer I have alot of faith in her , her staff does a outstanding jobs from making appointments, checking in on us! Shout out to the sleep tech's are just as important as Dr Hagaman very friendly, professional,hard workers I have enjoyed meeting everyone and the over night staysWere great mini hotel stays no one bothered me,felt like we were at home! LoL I can honestly say I have Nothing negative to say bout this facility or the employees! I sleep better with my CPAP I feel very confident in my diagnosis from Dr Hagaman! I have a better life now thanks to Dr Hagaman ! Also Dr Hagaman sees my daughter as well which she is a minor we are fans of Dr Hagaman crew just love them all I would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a perfect sleep doctor to Dr Hagaman she don't tell you want to here she is very blunt , very educated, I will always remain to be one of her patient's . She is one doctor I look up to, have alot of respect for never had a issue with any employee in her office!Sincerely Ms Saylor

Things went smoothly from beginning to end. From the tune they received my orders, I was able to get my study scheduled quickly. My tech was friendly and knowledgeable- explaining everything as wires were attached. I wasn’t sure I could sleep with all those wires but was reassured he could get plenty of information, to just relax and sleep will come. The lab was clean and the bed was comfortable. All staff was friendly. I would recommend this place to others.

Unprofessional! Very casual about paperwork. Misplaced my SD card and I received someone else on my previous visit last year. On my recent visit I am being told o that they faxed my paperwork in for my supplies. But one week later ‘Ooops’ they are just sending it in. During my virtual doctors visit on last week the doctor kept asking questions as to why I was wearing my mask. She pose the question 3 different time during the conversation. I finally I asked her why she was inquiring about my mask. I then asked her if she was being overly curious or if she had a reason for asking. She said with a chuckle I am curious. I then asked are there any health related questions I can answer for you. She didn’t like it when I said that. We completed the call I thanked her and we hung up. But now I’m still waiting on the prescription for my supplies. Less Curious! More Professional!!!

Make sure when you deal with this company you get everything in writing. I should've known as well. After making multiple calls prior to doing a sleep study I inquired about my cost, as I was paying for everything out of my own pocket. I paid for the initial tele conf call with the doctor, and then, paid for the sleep study the night I showed up. I was never told there was an additional 150-400 $ charge for a Dr. to read my results until I got a bill in the mail 3 weeks later saying I owed a 3rd party 186.00 for a different Dr to read my results.That's fine had I been told the charge was coming but no one ever told me. Funny enough the tech that night did a split study on me and pretty much verified I'd get a prescription for a cpap based on the findings....so why have a tech read results then a Dr do the same thing for 186$ more.Either way do your research and get names of people your dealing with so they can be held to some form of accountability, if there is such a thing left in this country.

Simply a horrible place from the second you walk in and still ongoing. Never heard from or saw a doctor and then they send you to a business “pal” near the airport for supplies when there is an equipment supplier across the parking lot. They NEVER called to check on me. I wouldn’t send an enemy to go there.
