Ashley (Roberson) Guild's Online Review Report Card

I have been with Dr. Guild for a couple of years, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since I only saw her once a year, but I have never felt so disregarded than I do in her office. The front desk, the nurses, Dr. Guild, herself. All treat you as if you’re stupid and wasting their time. I called her office expressing my concerns with a medication she had put me on. I heard through the grapevine that she said I should just stop taking the medicine. After realizing that me stoping take the medication didn’t change my symptoms and they just got worse. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to call and express my fears because she doesn’t believe half of the things that I have concerns about (which aren’t a lot by the way). Luckily, I switched doctors. I found out that I have two heart diseases. I don’t think I would have found this out if I hadn’t gone to the ER and switched doctors. I would recommend going literally anywhere else but here.

I had to find another PCP that took my insurance and Dr Guild came highly recommended. I am a healthcare professional for 35+ years so I KNOW good service and care. Dr Guild and the staff at Heritage Medical were AMAZING! Patient, caring, thorough efficient and kind.

My wife has been coming to Dr Guild for many years I recently transferred to her because I needed an internal medicine doctor for my high blood pressure concerns I was very impressed with her bedside manner she is a good listener and is truly concerned about my health and well-being her first office was 10 minutes from my house but we like her so much now her new office is 30 to 45 minutes away so when she transferred we went with her we recommend her to any and all who are looking for a great Doctor who makes you feel important and not rushed so she can get to her next client

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Guild. She is a warm and compassionate doctor who truly cares about her patients. Her staff is professional and caring also. We highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

I made my initial appointment. I was unable to show up bc my child who has a chronic illness was rushed to the ER for emergency surgery. I’m that moment my first thoughts were not to call the office to cancel my appointment. When I called back to apologize the Secretary asked me to give her details of the emergency surgery and then told me that she’d have to get approval to allow me to come back. So first she asked me to recall details of my sons emergency and then she tells me that I can’t get a new appointment unless I’m approved. I decided the Ashley Guild’s office is not the doctor I would want to go to if she doesn’t have compassion for someone who just walked their son through surgery.

Dismissive , rude, condescending. It is not difficult to fake pleasantries and pretend to care - she couldn’t even do that. When I asked a question , she responded as if I was dumb to even ask. I truly felt like she was annoyed to have to see me. Occasionally physicians can have a hard outer shell and not the best bedside manner which I can forgive- she was just flat out rude. Do not go see this physician. I would never allow anyone that I care about to go see her. It is awful to live your life and be that miserable towards people that are coming to you for your help.

Heartless. Complete lack of compassion and caring for the patient. The staff is just as bad. Apparently this office rots from the core out. She didn't ask basic questions about me during my initial interview. Not one smile or kind word. A comply lack of any decent bedside manner and her nurse was the same.

Heartless and compassionless. From the moment I walked in I felt unwanted. The nurse didn’t introduce herself. The first thing she said after my name to call me back was “step on the scale” I seriously considered walking out at that moment. In retrospect I should have because it only went down hill from there. I’ve had two interactions with this office. The second one even worse than the first. There will not be a third.

Dr. Guild is amazing in that she is always a listener. She never gives the impression that she is in a hurry to “get the job done”. I appreciate the attention to all aspects of my health care.

Friendly staff. Great doctor. Didn’t wait for the staff to call me back. Awesome experience.
