List of Bill Richie's Reviews
I have yet to see dr.richie, his pa doesn't listen,I was told this was a private practice an it is a group environment, the staff are not very helpful.I've dealt with my illness for 30+ yrs an in the first 30 min visit I told my diagnosis was not correct,I'm not a gunny pig,an every person an illness is case by case ,not everyone has the same issues
Dr. Ritchey delivered me over 45yrs ago., when he still delivered babies. Although the only Dr. I've ever known, I think he is the best and will stay a patient as long as he stays in practice. He has helped me through some of the worst times in my life and I personally think the world of him. There are a couple of nurses that are not always kind. I don't pay them any attention. More often than not everything goes well with the nurses.
Very friendly, compassionate, understanding, intelligent. Been a patient for over 30 years.
He has been my doctor for many year. Very kind and compassionate. Very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, will refer you to a specialist when needed. Staff has always been courteous and kind. Great at getting you in quickly when you are sick. No waiting for weeks to be seen. They treat you as a person not a condition
I have state insurance and doctor Ritchie has never judged me once. He has also never judged me for being a reviving heroin addict. I love him. He always takes care of me and my diabetes, and any other medication that I need for any reoccurring problem that I've had! I have had him as my doctor for like 6 years and I will never look for another doctor. If he is rushing you out of his office, it's probably more than likely because doctors have a lot of patients and balance a personal life at the same time. I'm more then sure it's not always easy to have like 500 peoples lives in your hands everyday. He's not god.
Dr Ritchey has a problem with listing to his patents. Just glassy eyed when you talk, like yeah, yeah take this medication and you will be fine. Pretty sad
Some of the nurses and staff are very rude. You can expect to always be put on hold when you call, while the receptionist finishes conversations in the office. Dr. is friendly, but is always in a hurry and appears to seem at times that we, the patient are bothersome to him.
Very nice Doctor, but seems to rush to diagnosis. Some of the office staff can seem to be rude and impatient.
Is a very smart doctor but does not really care about his patients..he told me.He says one thing to you then when you need his full support he is never there.
He seems to rush through visits. He's knowledgeable but not always helpful. I don't always feel I can ask him stuff because he seems to be in such a hurry. He's nice and he always remembers a face, though. Whomever answers the phone seems rude almost 90% of the time if not more and then one of the receptionists seems like she's above you. Sometimes the person answering the call says stuff that doesn't match up with the receptionist or nurse in office when you go. I usually avoid seeing Dr. Richey because of the treatment I get with his staff members.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
