The staff was kind and the root canal was painless. The insurance estimate was clear and understandable and I felt like all my questions were answered. It took under an hour and I was able go about my day. Highly recommend.

I underwent an X-ray; however, my insurance did not cover the expense. The reason for this is that my dentist had conducted an X-ray three weeks prior to my root canal procedure. I have communicated with the office regarding this issue, informing them that my benefits coordinator will not authorize payment for the same procedure twice, resulting in a total expense of $800. Unnecessary. Insurance did not pay.

Dr. Hicks is amazing. I’ve had multiple root canals in the past and this was by far the most comfortable and pleasant experience I’ve had. I can say enough about him and his staff- Tamara and Sydney! Thank you!

I had a second root canal by Dr. Horwat. He is so gentle and careful and professional. He is quick yet extremely detailed. True quality work. I highly recommend him and I am horrible with shots and root canals but this was truly professional. Hopefully I won't need to go back but I believe you won't be disappointed. Not to mention a good family man too. He walks the talk.

Brentwood Endodonics and Dr. Hicks really saved me this holiday season!! I had no idea I had an infection developing in a crown until I developed excruciating severe pain. I was in pain and panicking because I could not find a dentist who could help me due to closures with the holidays. I’m so thankful I found Brentwood Endo and Dr. Hicks. Without them, I would still be in excruciating pain. Dr. Hicks and his staff were so kind and comforting and listened to all my concerns. This was my first root canal, and while I hope my last, I would 1000% trust Dr. Hicks with the next one! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
