This office came as a recommendation from my Nicu unit. Soo very sadly, when I called to make the first appointment to be seen (which was crucial after a nicu discharge) the receptionist told me, before knowing anything about myself my child or health concerns (or sharing informed consent or information) that if was not willing to agree to a full vaccination schedule prior to making an appointment that they would NOT be willing to establish care, NOT allow me to make an appointment or see me my baby because I’m “not a good fit”. How is this even possible? She did, however, make sure that my insurance would cover payment to them… This is frankly embarrassing and deserves serious criticism. It goes to show that this office and providers doesn’t care about children and the individual tailored a families, questions or concerns (as represented by their receptionist). Sharing my experience so that other parents don’t have to experience what I did and remember they are the ones solely responsible for the medical decisions.

Dr Jill Kelly and her team are amazing. My son has been seeing her since he was 6 months old (he’s now 3.5 years), and we are always treated with gentleness and care. My concerns when he is sick are always addressed promptly, and we usually get in to see Dr Jill the same day if needed. My son even knows when he doesn’t feel good, we need to get to ”his Dr Jill so she can make him better”. It’s priceless to me to have such a caring doctor, and her staff is over the top sweet and accommodating when we need to come in! Well visits are a breeze, and I always feel in the loop on my child’s care. Can’t recommend this place enough ❤️

Brentwood pediatrics have become family in careing. Never a dull moment they hesitate on any symptoms etc. Yet not hesitate to get a call back asap. Taking us in last minute when my child was sick and figured it out asap. She was well within 24 hrs upon medication needed. Highly recommend. If you care they will cure to.

Highly recommend! From the front desk (shout out to Gayle and the other 2 team members), to actually working with Tammi, Savannah, Dr. Kelly, and Christina, this place has it all. Never congested, clean office, and they do a lovely job with parents and children alike

we started coming here from when our daughter was 2 months old and we are now past 6 months! we love them!! we usually have the waiting room to ourselves on scheduled well appointments (which is so nice with a baby) the staff is so friendly, and they listen to all of our concerns. we are so happy with brentwood pediatric care ◡̈ !
