List of Brentwood Pediatrics Pllc 's Reviews
I’ve been with Brentwood pediatrics for over 6 years now and I absolutely love it here. Lee Anne O Brien has been our pediatrician from day 1 and has always done a phenomenal job. She’s not pushy, knows exactly what she’s talking about, & has made me feel welcome. I have two children ages 6 & 2 and will always recommend this place. Once I had my second child they started scheduling their appointments together which is beyond convenient. The times we needed to come in for sick visits or any other concern when Lee wasn’t available we were seen by Catherine Erskin who is just as awesome and down to earth. I’ve never in all these years waited long in the waiting room and the times I’ve called in for urgent needs they typically get us in that same day. We now live in Smyrna but as long as O Brien is there I do not mind the drive. Thanks so much everyone that works at this awesome office! 10/10 I seriously have zero complaints.
This has been my child's pediatric office since she was born in 2015 as a priemee. We started with Dr.Williams and have give through a few new doctors, but now she has her favorite. I must say my child loves her Doctor Emily and hopefully she is around for a long time!
Had an amazing experience during my children’s appointment today. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our provider Catherine and her nurse Gizel were extremely sweet and patient.
my kids love Emily Frazier And the nurse staff and front desk are very helpful especially erika mendoza the best MA :)
They made me a same day appointment for my daughter who was sick, which really appreciated. However, once I arrived with my daughter who had a high fever and felt terrible, they asked me to fill out a huge questionnaire that had no relevance to my daughter or our visit. While I was talking to the receptionist she stopped our conversation to answer a phone. The waiting room was not busy, but I waited 30 minutes and then went to check and she then asked for my insurance and I heard another girl helping instruct her to check me in. We waiting longer and then I went back to a room and waited another 30 minutes, well so far. I’m still waiting.
We have been going here for almost 7 years but it is time to switch. They have lost so many good providers and now it is just a toss up who you get when you go for an appointment. They don’t try to get you in for sick visits but then get upset when you take your child to an urgent care or walk in clinic. Front desk staff used to be great but now they are very rude. I hope they can get better in the next year or we will leave.
For the sake of your children and your own sanity, choose a different provider. We used to love Brentwood Pediatrics — we chose them for both our kids and we loved Dr. O’Brien. However, neither of our kids have seen their actual doctor in over a year. Just the nurses who would always just rush us through every appointment and seem put out if we had questions. Even the receptionists are horribly rude. We recently called every day for two weeks to ask a simple question about one of our bills, and they kept saying “our billing person isn’t in the office.” We finally begged them to answer our very simple question only for them to be horribly rude and speak down to us as if we were stupid for even asking. We have decent insurance but their sick visit costs are very high compared to other providers in the area. For a profession that requires so much schooling, training, and tenacity to be in, you’d think they stuck with it because they love their jobs and just helping people and children. But they treat every patient as a burden. Avoid the passive aggressive hostility and overly disgruntled receptionists, and choose a different provider that will take care of you and your children.
Change the person who answered the phone. She was so rude and snappy
We ended up switching Peds because of the inconsistency in providers. My 2 year old’s last visit here was very unpleasant with a not so friendly nurse telling me to help during her visit with picking her up and holding her for measurements even though I was 9 months pregnant and couldn’t hold her. The office is dark and outdated as well. We’ve since switched to Brentwood Pediatric Care and have had a much better experience. This office is “alright” but I wouldn’t recommend.
I loved my time spent at Brentwood Pediatric PLLC! The waiting area and rooms were clean and tidy, and lots of attention was given to cleanliness, something I get anxious about when visiting a doctor’s office. The stuffed animals were such a special touch. I can’t wait to see how they grow and develop, and I know I’ll be there to support them in any way I can because I love what they do! Professional, kind, smart, driven, and ultimately caring are key words I would use to describe Brentwood Peds. God bless their staff, and I wish them all the best! For context, I’m a UC Berkeley undergrad and was nervous for my first shadowing experience. After this encounter, I am so excited and motivated to explore the field of pediatrics. Thank you Brentwood Peds!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
