Bruce A Wallstedt's Online Review Report Card

Worst encounter I think I've ever seen. My dad had lacerations and his foot did not look good at all through the healing process and he just dismissed everything we said, but yet gave an antibiotic so obviously there was a possible issue. I tried to show him a spot on his foot that I was concerned with and he was so incredibly rude when I tried to show him what I was talking about so I said never mind. Just an awful experience.

I don't understand these bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wallstedt after a head injury that needed stitching. For a face wound to heal as well as it has speaks wonders to Dr. Wallstedt's abilities. He greeted me with a smile and made the entire process as painless and stress free as possible. I do not believe these negative reviews, and recommend that other's disregard them as well.

Horrible staff, especially billing dept

What a Wonderful MD., Kind, Caring/Compassionate and Skilled. I appreciate Everything his staff and He offered me as his patient. Thank You Doctor...You are One of a Kind.

Dr. Wallstedt used to be my parents pcp they were both very sick And he took very good care of them. He has more compassion than any doctor I have ever seen. He would go to my parents house and check on my dad. What doctor does that?! I wish he would open his own office because we need a good doctor. My hubby needs him since he was the only doctor he liked. I would give him ten stars!

Dr Walstedt was very caring and diagnosed my illness with accuracy. Other physicians had been just treating my symptoms. Dr Walstedt took the time to do a thorough review of my complaints and was able to diagnose and cure me! Sometimes, I think we tell our doctors how to treat us. I'm glad Dr Walstedt took the time to ask the right questions and did not just write me another prescription.

Visted the E.R. and he was very rude and had NO BEDside manner....I have never had to bring either one of my kids to the er and I brought my 5 year old daughter in because of an allergic reation..He actually laughed when I told him that I called 911 when I she told me her hands were feeling tight and her stomach hurt and she felt weird like she cannot . His excact words you dialed 911 for that....another comment came when he was trying to explain what may have happened and I said this has never happened be before he said you act like you want something to be wrong....I then, could not even look at him. I did complain to the head nurse and was then taken into another nurses care and treated much better... Later on when we were being released Dr. Wallstedt came to applogize for how he treated me.. Did not understand why he had such a bad attitude...wonder what I did he said I was giving him funny looks... Well maybe I did but I was trying to listen and understand what he was telling me...and he did and said this in front of my daughter ...which is a very smart girl who understands things like this... I asked him if he could step in the hall and he said , "WHY"... I wanted my daughter not to think bad about him that was WHY!!!! He refused to step in the hall. I will report this to the administration board on Monday. I was really glad my sister was standing there to whitness everything.
