CareNow in Brentwood has been great for a couple Urgent Care issues that have come up. We were able to be seen immediately both times. The check-in process online is easy and facility is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly, and the provider we’ve seen (Justin) has been super knowledgeable and explains things in detail. I’ve been going to a different urgent care place in Antioch, but it’s worth the extra couple of miles to go here, which I will be doing in the future.

Justin was excellent. He treated my symptoms with precision and he made me feel understood and cared for. My dad was a physician and he reminds me of “old school” physicians…. Justin takes time and really talks to you to understand what is going on. Love love love Justin and Care Now in Brentwood.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ashley’s beautiful smile and warm welcome. My wait time was minimal—no more than 15 minutes—before Brittany pleasantly called me back to take my vitals. She had a kind voice and a genuinely welcoming demeanor. Afterward, I waited about 10 minutes before Dr. Justin Reed entered the exam room. He was one of the kindest and most pleasant individuals I’ve ever met. He took the time to thoroughly ask questions and provided extremely helpful information regarding my visit. Additionally, the facility was very clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Car Now. 👍🏼👍🏼

Receptionist is Truly Outstanding! Was disappointed that I was not given any test nor a chest Xray. Also, my RX's they gave me were to be sent from my Walgreens Pharmacy. I had to call them back to correct this.
