The new leadership at Cloverland is making a difference in how this community shows up to families. We felt that they were very responsive to our concerns and met with me proactively to discuss my loved one's care plan. The building is light and airy. Front desk gives a warm and understanding welcome. Competitively priced compared to similar places in Brentwood and Green Hills.

Misty Phillips is doing amazing work along with Brenda Nagey who is over Memory Care. Not to mention Marina & Hillary over activities plus Rosanne over the front desk. Great job everyone!!!

The staff are kind and patient. The facility is always clean with diligent house keepers. This goes for both residence and common areas. The food is consistently great. The head chef has monthly meetings with residents to take suggestions. The menu has plenty of options for diabetics and alternatives for consideration of food allergies. I wished there had been such a facility available to my father or grandmother.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are peaceful, the "restaurant" has delicious food, and our kiddos really enjoy the greenery, put put, horseshoes, fire pit, and gorgeous views. We are so grateful for the compassionate staff and a safe place for my Dad to live. He enjoys the programs in Memory Care and enjoys having a nice clean apartment that is all his own. I come there 2xs a week and everytime without fell l have tochange my loved one and clean the room. I have talked to staff about the issues and it falls on deaf ears. The dining room is crazy half the time you get the wrong food and it you are lucky enough to get food most of it is not good. I had a serious problem and went to the tech and they told the nurse 2 nurses came to check on the problem and all they pretty much said was that he needs to go somewhere else because they are not trained on his issues. This was tonight so l will be talking to the family about moving him out of here. They lied about everything they said they would do. This place is just sad they just want the money. Non of the staff is is helpful or care from the top down. There is blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom and nobody cleaned it.The nurse used the urine hat and emptied it and left urine in it how hard would it have been to rinse it out. The shower has dry urine in it also. I feel sorry for the ppl here that doesn't have family come check on them often alot of them don't get taken care of. They don't check on them just for meals that's all.

Clover land Park is a beautiful community in a lovely setting. We were happy and impressed with the amenities and standard of care provided in their Memory Care for our loved one. We found staff members at every level to be cheerful and engaged. Sharon Ricketts, Senior Lifestyle Coordinator, provided an immediate response to our needs, addressed our concerns and answered our questions with knowledge and compassion. Sharon and other staff members communicated with our healthcare providers coordinating a smooth and welcoming transition for our family member. I highly recommend Cliverland Park Senior Living!

The facility is beautiful and the staff made it easy to move my Dad into Memory Care.
