I’ve been seeing Dr. Spencer and her team for about 5 years and they are awesome. I have a lot of ongoing dental needs and I like how she considers all of those needs prior to making a recommendation on how we proceed with the need at the time. She isn’t just in the business for the short run, she wants the best long term dental health for me. She has a great dental staff. And her office staff are very knowledgeable in regard to insurance questions & they make it easy to book appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer & Cool Springs Family Dentistry!

Dr. Spencer is a rare find in the healthcare world—she puts her patients' well-being first, ensuring that only necessary treatments are recommended. Her genuine care and dedication make you feel like part of her family. It’s clear she’s not driven by profit but by the health and comfort of those she treats, which is so refreshing. The front office team, Michelle and Kayla, are equally fantastic—warm, welcoming, and efficient. They make scheduling a breeze and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
