I used the service for about 4 months. One cleaning determined I had a cavity, needed a root canal, no wait, two. Keep in mind, I had a clean dental record before (basic dental work performed over the years) and after seeing her. Went to a new dentist today. No cavities, no issues.

The office staff is rude! Don’t waste your time. They conveniently gave my children’s appointments away 5 days before we were scheduled to be there because I didn't have the paper work completed an entire 5 days before the appointment. The policy isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website which leads me to believe it’s selective enforcement. Not to mention Kelly canceled my appt the day of to go to a pre planned convention. This office is super unprofessional and prejudice. As you can see in previous reviews they are much kinder to other people providing same day appts. Stay away to avoid the drama!

I am so grateful for Dr. Rice and her team!! I was not an existing patient of Dr. Rice's, but am new to the area and called her office for help when I was experiencing some pain in my mouth. They squeezed me in for a quick exam on a day that Dr. Rice was not even supposed to be seeing patients. Finding all new doctors can be such a stressful part of moving, and I am so happy to have found such an amazing and compassionate dentistry team!
