I didn't have a good experience. I feel there wasn't a constructive agenda during the appointment that if i had no questions it could be a five minute call while I had to wait for months to speak to him. But I had questions. I feel I was being cut off directly on my questions so I feel he either lacked patience in my questions or he was in a rush. I don't feel I was cared as a patient.

Punctuality is lacking, however is kind, smart and always takes the time to answer our questions.

Was referred to him and fairly pleased. Did lots of testing to get to the route of our problems. Was very compassionate and was very understanding when some genetic concerns where brought forward by the results. The wait times are occasionally horrendous for people who need to travel a long distance to see him but I will be doing my IVF with him and his clinic.

Dr. Smithson was knowledgeable and kind. I had a much better experience with him than I had at the Royal Alex where the doctor and I did not agree on a treatment method. Dr. Smithson was willing to work with me to fufill my wishes as a patient and he was professional/thorough during our meeting.
