Follow up review I upgraded this from a 3 to 4 because our wait time has been shorter at Heritage Medical Center on our past few visits. She’s nice but you can expect to wait 60-90 minutes for her even when you have an appointment. We’ve been 4x and that’s always the rub. I find it very disrespectful. We never waited more than 15-20 minutes at Vanderbilt peds and will be going back over there where they value the patient’s time, even though it’s farther.

Dr D is the very best doctor and is amazing to not only my girls but to our entire family. She has called on weekends and has calmed a new mom years ago. Her nurse, Rachel is also top notch. My girls really look up to these two. If you are looking she is the one.

Dr. Dykstra is an outstanding physician. My teenage son was a new patient, and she took the time to listen to his needs and get to know him. She is kind, caring, and thorough. Ten stars for Dr. Dykstra!

She has amazing bedside manner and her staff is wonderful. My oldest child makes up illnesses to go see her Dr. D! Hands down the best Pediatrician in town.

love this dr. both my kids see her. i went through 4 doctors previous to dykstra and will stay with Dr. Dykstra as long as she will accept us! nurse is great with children. facility is very clean and kid friendly. wouldnt change a thing.
