I hate the dentist usually.I started coming here a few months ago, nothing but positive things. From the booking of appointments to the whole staff being friendly, helpful answering any questions I had and make you feel comfortable.

I have been going to this location for several years. They do good work. Recently I had to be rescheduled due to some insurance snafu and then the day of my appointment the dental hygienist was out sick, but the doc squeezed me in and cleaned my teeth so well. I needed this cleaning so bad as it had been so long and I didn’t want to miss out on my insurance covering it before the end of the year. I am very grateful to them for making it work. Thank you. 😊

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dental clinic. My appointment was canceled without any prior notice, and when I called to inquire, the manager was not only rude and unprofessional but also hung up on me. This level of disrespect and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone based on my experience.

I was told it was going to take 2 weeks to get my crown. I was told I was going to get a call back when it was ready. I had to call them when it had been over a month and they were like "oh its here" and scheduled me. Then 8-9 months later they charge me even more money for what shouldve been taken care of then. Over the course of the months, I had called and called only to be told that someone would call me back. It never happened until insurance was asking them about a file that wasn't adding up. Will never go back

This was my first visit and now this is where I will stay! The entire staff (front desk was exceptional in helping with paperwork) is caring, friendly and all around great 🥰

This was an awful experience. I scheduled a typical cleaning for 10am. I arrived 15 mins early to be told I didn’t have an appointment. I had reminders via text including one from the morning of the appointment. They said ok I’m in….so then I wait 30 mins to get called. Then after seating me in a chair, I wait another 30 minutes to find out they have to take a ton of pictures, scans, measurements etc. Then the dentist comes in after me being there for over an hour and asked for the reason for my appointment…I was like all I wanted was a cleaning. He did his evaluations then said the hygienist would be back. I waited another 15 mins or so and she came back to do more measurements. I told her I needed to go back to work for a meeting soon as I’d been there for 1.5 hours…..she said of we will get the other hygienist. He came in and started looking for him gaps…fine…then escorted me to the lobby and said you are all set and we will schedule you for a cleaning. I’m so angry and will never go back here. This place is a mess and they are disorganized and under staffed.
