My appointment was consultative. Staff were relatable, wait time acceptable, diagnosis reasonable. I have not had any work done so cannot speak to that but I did like Dr. Faucette.

I honestly adore this office so much. Everyone was so good to me. I had my first root canal done, and I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable in a dentist office in my entire life. Dr. Austin Carr is great and will make sure you’re taken care of! Thanks yall.

Getting a root canal was as easy as an eye exam. Unbelievable painless process. The Doctor and his assistant had tremendous teamwork skills.

Nobody enjoys an unexpected root canal. However, the staff at Endodontic Associates made the process as pleasant as possible. From the check in, to the evaluation, to the procedure itself, Dr. Faucette and team exhibited genuine concern and commitment to excellence. Every step of the way, the process was explained in sufficient detail with a focus on my comfort. The staff listened patiently to all my questions and succinctly explained outcome scenarios. Processing out to include payment was cheerful and friendly. I seem to be on the road to recovery and am thankful for this dedicated group of professionals.

The reception staff was terrific and the dental assistant was kind and professional once she warmed up to me. Sadly, she had a look of apprehension when she called me to the back for the appointment. I complimented her demeanor and noted her professionalism. Any apprehension she had prior to that melted away. Working with her was very pleasant. My visit with the dentist, however, was disappointing and not what I anticipated. Some medical professionals have a crummy bedside manner and I felt like I was more of a burden and a bother to this particular dentist. It was like, "quickly get them in the chair and quickly get them out." This cattle call approach to dentistry is not my cup of tea. We're talking about possibly extracting teeth here... This isn't a discussion about the type of fabric we need for an afghan verses a Persian rug. I expected more.
