Really nice group. Very helpful and informative. They found a treatment plan for my needs and started me on it immediately. I also have a follow up for them to do another treatment and check the progress of the 1st one. Very pleased with their kindness and knowledge

The Murfreesboro location has an awesome staff and Theresa Bailey is the best! I’ve been going to see her since 2022 and she has done wonders removing embarrassing growths from my neck. It’s like visiting an old friend every time I go. From Misha in the front office to Dr Bailey and everyone in between, the experience is outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I almost never write negative reviews online, but at this point I have reached out way too many times. I started going here when I was a student, and let them know early on that I wouldn't always be in town. They (multiple times, even after I addressed it) scheduled appointments without my knowledge or consent. They charged me for those appointments I didn't make and therefore didn't show up to. That can't be legal, ESPECIALLY after I explicitly told them to stop. More than that, I had multiple prescription errors over the course of more than a year. My dermatologist is great, but I am switching providers and I'm extremely angry. The office comes off as very scammy, and I now have to hunt down the bills for services I literally did not ask for.

The Skin Solutions team are so knowledgeable, capable across all skin issues, and easy to work with. It's very comprehensive care / one stop shopping. Their MDs and Techs are easy to talk with, they have the latest tech and research, and are connected with the latest pharma and products. I wont go anywhere else.
