I've been working with Mia at Get Better for the last several months and couldn't be happier. After dealing with chronic achilles and calf pain since the fall of 2023, I've been able to get back to running and tennis with consistent treatment and exercises—and no pain meds! My big goal was completing a 24-mile hike with our youngest daughter as a rite of passage at her elementary school. We completed the 2-day trek together last week and I was able to finish pain and worry free! As a bonus, each member of the team is friendly and kind. I was referred to Get Better PT about a year ago by a client who swore by them. Sam Mullaney is who I was paired up with and he is not only good at his job, but also a genuine, honest and caring person. As a small business owner myself I know how important good service is and they deliver. They even figured out the riddle that is my insurance and saved me $ and hassle. 5-stars all-around!

I suffered with debilitating vertigo for 60 days. I sought out multiple doctors and therapies to no avail. It wasn’t until I found Sam that I got relief within two days. He is a miracle worker!! If you suffer from vertigo, I highly recommend Sam.

Super satisfied with all the care I received at Get Better Physical Therapy. Having suffered with an acute case of Achilles tendonitis for a year, I had received care at two elite physical therapy places in Los Angeles and here in Franklin. Apparently all the testimonials on their walls from current and past professional athletes at both these places didn't trickle down to me. Mia, my therapist at Get Better Physical Therapy asked all the right questions, used all the right "targeted" treatments in a very intentional progression. I was emailed a weekly plan with videos of the exercises, etc. She even went the extra mile accessing physical therapy studies and journals about my insertional Achilles tendonopathy and using some of the most cutting edge treatments. I left feeling more strength in my ankle and calf muscles, as well as the ability to get back on the tennis court. I'll return to GBPT for all my future physical therapy needs.

I can't recommend Jamie and his team enough! For the duration of my treatment, Jamie was in-tune with my goals and attentive to my progress. He tailored his treatment plan each time I saw him, and I always left feeling better and more hopeful that my pain and strength would improve. After years of activity-limiting wrist pain and multiple surgeries, I'm finally back to all my favorite hobbies!

These guys really have it figured out. The level of care and expertise regarding the body and how to quickly and accurately diagnose issues that you have personally is quite incredible. I’m a former soccer player turned recreational golfer and I had a lower back problem that had happened to me at the beginning of November 2024 and my chiropractor had me better in 2-3 weeks which was great. Early January the issue came back up again (due to me overdoing the golf swing in the off season). Mia had me back to full mobility and pain free in 2 sessions. She’s thorough from beginning to end, will ensure you’re strengthening the right areas to help support the recovery and prevent relapses, and gives clear and concise demonstrations to take home and implement in your own time to better your movement, flexibility, and strength. I came in barely able to walk- a doctor had indicated spinal issues. Sam treated it as a suspected herniated disk. I followed his treatment plan and am better than before! Sam paced my treatment perfectly, slowly adding exercises for full functionality. Four months later, I am excited to return to skiing, playing with my granddaughter, and working in my yard.
