Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Gregory Williams's Reviews
He never took time to really understand me, just typed away on his computer and basically told me I was too fat and do better. I feel broken and mistreated
This cold and callous man is in the wrong profession and should not be working with other living beings. He’s extremely rude, reacts as though the audacity of your presence offends him, and he’s just plain mean. My advice to you, the person reading this review, GO ELSEWHERE!! There was no help which was the entire point of the $120 visit to urgent care. None. Zero help. You will leave feeling betrayed and horrified. To Dr. Gregory Williams, I hope you read these reviews and attempt to be a better person and physician. You are a disgrace to the healthcare industry and ought to be ashamed of yourself.
Dr. Williams did a fantastic job examining my 92 year old mother who was having concussion like symptoms after a fall. We both were really impressed with his thouroughness.
Asked excellent questions and has good listening skills. Reviewed my history and present symptoms. Explained diagnosis and medications.
Got lectured for needing an inhailer to the point where he told me I "am wasting patients time by being here". Ive had asthma my whole life and this doctor is so arrogant that he thinks its some sort of option. He also lied about some prescriptions and lied about some John Muir Policies. I am currently working with John Muir who has asked me to request not to have him every time i come in to urgent care.
This was a terrible urgent care experience. This guy was a robot- no smile, no bedside manner, and most of the time it sounded like he was reading cue cards. Didn't listen to me whatsoever. I had two concerns, and he told me I was only allowed to talk about one of them, and that we couldn't go over 15 minutes. I talked to him for maybe 5 before he rushed me out. There wasn't even anyone in the waiting room.
He gets a big fat Zero. I got a two second assessment. He was frantically typing the whole time. He called in an order for Amoxycillin after I repeatedly told him I was allergic to Penicillin. Handed me an order for cough medicine and then waltzed off without so much as goodbye or I hope you feel better. Not quality medical care for the patient Not good PR for John Muir
Came into exam room, didn't shake hands and no eye contact. Went straight to the computer and started typing information quickly, not attentive to what I said. He had abrupt answers to my questions all while continually typing. He was not a nice person. He acted like he was doing me a favor by coming into the room for 5 minutes. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription, he had made an error in the dose and the pharmacist had to call him to have it changed.
Abrupt and arrogant. In a big hurry. I felt like I wasted his time. No bedside manner whatsoever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
