I had a disappointing experience with this hair club. From the moment I signed up, it felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually taking care of me. The products they provided caused damage to my hair instead of improving it. I expected personalized care and support, but instead, I received minimal attention and guidance. To make matters worse, when I signed up, I was told I could cancel within a month, but it turns out the actual policy is only three days. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for genuine hair care. Save your money and look elsewhere!

This center struggles. I had the worst experience. So much so that I had to take new hair after having cut in at this center to another stylist. The stylist asked me if HairClub finished cutting in the new hair because it was definitely not finished and gapped. Honestly, I would take some of the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.

Hairclub has been taking care of me and my thinning hair issues for the last few months. They have been fabulous at following up and making sure that my needs are being met. Seeing progress and couldn't be happier!! Highly recommend their services to all of you are worried about hair loss and would like to explore all options! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
