Hannah Dudney's Online Review Report Card

This provider has just dreadful poor communication!! I am 45 years old and have been receiving my annual exams with this provider for four years however this year (2022) was the worst year of care I have ever received! I went in for my typical annual exam in late June of 2022. I noticed 3 weeks later that I had not been notified of my pap results nor had the results been uploaded in my patient portal. For these reasons, I called the office and left the nurse a message. The nurse returned my call within a few days and left a message that my results were normal and that is why I was not notified. I then checked the patient portal a few days later and the results were still not uploaded so I called requesting that they were via voicemail to the nurse. I received a 2nd call from the nurse a few days later stating that actually she had looked at my 2021 pap results and a pap was NOT done in 2022 because I didn’t need one based on “standards of care”. Very rude and seemed bothered just by my presence from the beginning of visit. Comes off very judgmental and not comforting when you’re 34 weeks pregnant with your first child.

Cold and dismissive. Makes you feel as if you’re inconveniencing her by being there.

Dr. Dudney is not someone I’d ever recommend to anyone, especially for the field she has chosen as a career. She is extremely cold, impatient and tries to rush you out as quickly as possible. Don’t dare think to ask any questions of your own or ask a more in depth one regarding anything she’s said to you - she will snap back and take offense to it. Lack of maturity and incredibly rude bedside manner. As the doctor, she should be the one providing guidance, help, compassion, and offer any type of relief to expecting mothers but she is the complete opposite.

Doctor Dudney is extremely intelligent and professional. She helped me through my first pregnancy and I will only continue to have future pregnancies monitored by her. She has a wide range of knowledge in her field and is extremely gentle!

Dr. Dudney delivered our first child in 2019. We are now expecting a second, and we specifically opted into an insurance plan so that we could stay with her. I trust her expertise and professionalism.

Dr. Dudney became my doctor in 2019 when I got pregnant with my first son. I am very over weight, and was nervous I would be shamed for it during pregnancy. Dr. Dudney has only ever made me feel comfortable during my visits and not focused on my size. I never have too many questions to ask, but when I did, she answered them and I never felt like any of were dumb, or annoying her. Even with my lack of questions and my awkward silence of being nervous, she would tell me informative things and make small talk which helps me become more comfortable with her. When I was going through some things early in 2021 she spoke directly with me on the phone and was sympathetic and understanding while trying to help me find a solution. Now I'm pregnant with my second and live an hour away, but I still drive to Nashville because I wouldn't want anyone else to be my OBGYN. I've had the same great experience as my first pregnancy. I highly recommend!

Would not recommend Dr. Dudney to my friends or family. She seems uninterested in finding out the source of my chronic pain and discomfort and was unfriendly and seemed annoyed with my questions.

She has zero compassion and is ice cold. She treated me like I was an idiot while I was going through an incredibly tough time. I will not be seeing her again and would not recommend to anyone I know.
