AMAZING!! We saw Dr Jones after 2 unsuccessful strabismus surgeries and he performed the 3rd surgery on my 4yo. Her eyes are straight!! He is kind, patient, professional and highly skilled. We saw 6 paediatric ophthalmologists before we found Dr Jones and we are so happy to have found him!

I really like Dr Jones as a physician, although I have to be prepared to talk about the medical issues I want, as he is busy. I would recommend him.

Very patient, professional and an amazing surgeon! I had double strabismus surgery and now my vision is absolutely perfect. He was also very helpful with recovery and reassuring throughout the whole process. Note that he mainly see children and his waiting room is pretty chaotic, but it's like going to a good restaurant with a lineup of people out from... it's better to wait an extra 10 minutes for top quality than get seated right away a be disappointed with the experience.

I received amazing care. Dr. Jones genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to make sure I as a patient feel heard I would gladly recommend a friend to see Dr. Jones. He makes an effort to hear about me and my life each time I visit.

Dr. Jones doesn't make his patients feel as if their concerns are valid, and his MA is incompetent, rude, and TERRIBLE at what she does. She administered a vaccination at the doctors request, and placed the shot so high in my arm it was almost in the shoulder joint. It hurt more than any vaccine I have ever had and I told her so, but she brushed me off. Within 2 hours I was in agony and when I called back the next day they told me to take Tylenol. that was 2 weeks ago & I am still in pain!!

Dr. Jones is amazing. He discovered my cancer in time to get it treated. He really cares about his patients, he called me to check up on me even though I didn't have an appointment scheduled.

He's been my PCP for many years. I have always found him personable and easy to talk to. At times he's rushed but when I've had any serious symptoms he has always taken it seriously. Front Staff is excellent. His MA is a bit grumpy.

Dr. Jones is an average physician. He does not follow through on his prescribed patient care. His MA is not professional and sometimes thinks she is the doctor. Prescriptions for diagnostic tests, lab work, and prescription drugs are not sent to the providers in a timely manner nor as promised. Be prepared to wait and make multiple follow up calls on all recommended medical care. The front desk personnel were fine, but that isn't why you see a physician.
