Dr. Hendricks is very kind. I have been treating my children here for many years.

Dr. Hendricks use to go toe to toe with insurance companies, not now their office has become to big to worry about tenncare patients. I use you refer their office to all my friends or anyone that had children. Now when asked I tell people what happen to my granddaughter, I don't recommend them if you have tenncare!!

We have been patients for 10 years but in the past couple of years the customer service has dramatically decreased. The people at the front desk and those that answer the phone are NOT polite or helpful in tone or attitude. They tend to respond with a short and “not my problem” tone and do not really try to help. When they were out of a product I tend to buy from them and I asked if they knew when they would get it back in stock the girl answered with a blank almost irritated expression, “No.” That is one of many discussions where there isn’t even an effort to be somewhat customer friendly. It’s an “I don’t care, you’re disturbing me” tone when in the office and on the phone making an appointment. We will be looking for a new place. Seems we are not the only ones to notice the change.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan’s since he came to the practice. Him and his dental hygienist Holly are great and I actually look forward to visiting the dentist.

The best dentist experience that I’ve ever had.

One of the worst experiences for a child. Paid $5000 for braces only for them to incorrectly apply the braces over 24 months, post covid they no longer allow parents back with their children, in fact denied our attempts to speak with Dr Hendricks. They removed the childs braces and less than a month after continued pain, we took our child to another pediatric dentist only to find her jaw misaligned and needing several extenders placed and braces for another 18 months and possible surgery to correct. An additional $6000 BILL! Having to sue this dentist for malpractice. He offered to "fix" for $900 additional dollars. No thanks. Beware.

after Cleaning, my crown fall off and I have to pay

I sent my Husband in for his first cleaning there and he came back and told me he felt like they really cleaned his teeth professionally. He said they really got in there and cleaned good. Not like are last place where they just sprayed your teeth.

The workers they have upfront are so rude. My daughter was late and we knew that she was but my third daughter was not late, and the lady of her had the nerve to tell my daughter that all three of them were late and that they needed to find another doctor because they were kicked out. I don’t think it’s professional for them to tell a kid that they got kicked out. I think they should’ve talked to the parent and I’m fine with them kicking them out because I don’t like their service anyways I was looking for another dentistry anyways, but I don’t recommend this to anybody. This is not the first time I have trouble with them. My son has hemophilia and they have a bad communication there He had an appointment not too long ago to have some dental work done and I asked the The lady there if he needed to have his medicine before he went and she said no the day comes my husband takes them and they asked if we gave him the medicine I said no he has to go to the doctor to get it and I asked last time and they said no I did not need it. I asked her three times and she said we did not need it. The day comes in now you’re saying he needs it so she had to reschedule him the worst place ever.

Dr. Johnathan Hendricks has treated my family for years. We have been pleased with how knowledgeable he is, and always so ready to explain any procedures/treatment that we might need. Staff is very nice and try to accommodate my family’s needs as much as possible. Beautiful office with fish tanks and great location with plenty of parking . Highly recommend!
