I was very pleased with the services I received. However, the office management needs improvement. They are often out of products they recommend. They want to charge a $15 shipping fee. They also do not send in medical requests to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

I have met both Kimberley and Thais. Very thorough and so helpful. They gave great nutritional instruction and insight to both hair and overall health. 10/10 recommend! Everyone is very friendly and caring.

HPI is the greatest place for hair—not only is the service and staff top-notch, but they transform hair. I am in my 50s & like most of my friends, going through hormonal changes. HPI got my hair back to its youthful appearance and I continue to go to keep it looking great! They are so ahead of the trends. The best.

The staff at HPI Hair are amazing! Today was my first visit, and I already feel so reassured and comforted in the steps they are going to take to help me with my hair loss while I undergo chemo treatments. Kimberly was very sweet and informative. She made me feel like I already knew her and could ask her anything. They seem to be very proactive in getting me seen again soon to start the process of a wig. The facility was very clean and beautiful. I was very impressed with the whole experience and am looking forward to working with them in the future!

I was having scalp issues and my hair felt very dry and brittle. I found HPI on the internet and set up a virtual consult. My consultation with Nicole was amazing! She recommended products, tips and education on taking care of both my hair and scalp. I purchased the products off of their website and my hair and scalp are already feeling much much better! Their education and podcasts on their website is filled with tons of helpful information. I have a check in in six weeks and look forward to see where I will go from there. I highly recommend HPI if you are having any hair or scalp issues!
