I can only rate the staff since I need to wait 7 months to see the doctor after being referred by emergency! She was very rude on the phone, what is this world coming to.

I don’t have anything against Dr Ramsay but the staff is terrible! I fell I’ll with Covid and was very unwell. Managed to call the office 20 min before my appointment and while they cancelled it, they nagged at me, they did not even express any empathy and they did not offer another appointment. Have these people ever been sick? Do they know how you feel with you have had fever for two nights? We’re they expecting to go and spread Covid everywhere? Sorry Dr Ramsey, you will not see me again!

Most horrible dr that I have ever encountered! He was rude, yelled at me and scolded and the funny part is he spent all of 5 minutes with me. Did they not teach him bed side manners?

Minimal testing - left me with eye strain / pain due to prescription that was too strong for my astigmatism. When I requested previous prescription to compare was told if I paid $$. My now qualified Dr was thorough - spent over an hr vs 15 mins of waiting for a 10 min 'eye exam'

I was in and out so fast, never ever had an exam that fast and did not have any of the tests done that I usually have. I never got to ask questions and he never asked if I had any concerns which I do. He wrote out my prescription and I wasn't even asked if I wanted to get new glasses with my changed prescription. Very disappointed with my visit today.

Dr Ramsay is apparently also a GP. He should probably stick to eyes because going to him about mental health is a very frustrating experience.. he seems to have perfected the non-answer and has never asked me a question regarding what kind of symptoms I have. I guess if you already know everything you need and want he's good for a prescription. If you have any questions, find someone else to ask.

Dr. Ramsay Ramsay assessed my problem and referred me to a specialist immediately. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and explained what was happeneing to my eyes.
