Put on hold forever if you call. 6 month waiting list for an appointment.
Great doctor, but I just found out I was dropped because I missed to 3 appointments. I am a disabled veteran wit PTSD and traumatic brain injury. I never received a notification that my appointment was coming up not an email that would help me remember my appointment. Can someone direct me to a PCM that provides special care for my disability? Very disappointed!
I don't write a lot of reviews. I try to save my energy for places & people who truly deserve a few words, positive or negative. So believe me when I say this office and doctor deserve every star above. Dr. Ducey is a phenomenal doctor. I think the rest of the reviews agree on this point - even the low ones. He's attentive, kind, patient, and honest. Exactly what you want from your primary doc. Hears you out, considers the issues and your thoughts, gives his professional opinions, and lets you choose options for care based on your comfortability. The front office is also great. Sure, their phone systems seem antiquated, and they may be short staffed from time to time, but that's life right now in this year of our lord 2022. Be patient with folks. The assistants and nurses are all kind and professional. Their phlebotomist is hilarious and experienced and efficient. I could go on, but you get the gist. Dr. Ducey is fabulous, the staff is fabulous, and anyone who says otherwise ought to get their head checked by a phrenologist. (this is a joke - don't go see a fake doctor when there's a perfectly fine one right here)
First visit and annual physical. Can see why Dr Ducey gets great reviews. Time taken to discuss all things being over 60. Staff was nice and efficient. Thank you for the great experience!
Dr.Duecy is my current PCP. He really is an amazing doctor. Calm collected and knowledgeable. He explains things clearly and with compassion. He also looks out for his patients best interest and has always provided me with excellent care and attention to detail. As a doctor and overall human being I would recommend him highly. The office staff there is also very attentive and make it a smooth experience. If you're looking for a PCP this is the place.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ducey since 2016, His staff and his self are very nice and efficient and thorough in diagnosis.
Dr Ducey and his staff are always kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I receive excellent care and highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr Ducey is a great Dr and Ive been a patient for 15 years. The woman answering the phone and making appointments is awful. Im really sick and made an appt with her. Because Ive been healthy for the last 3 years and haven't needed to see him, now she says now I cant see him. Crazy. I hate to losing a good Dr because of terrible staff but, He should hire better people. Its a shame that Ive been a patient with his so long. Its really sad that When you really need a Dr, they are not there...Done
Dr. Ducey is thorough, kind, and patient. He really listens, doesn’t rush you, and takes your concerns seriously. He’s got a common sense approach to wellness that is much appreciated. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the wait time is short! This doctor’s office exceeds my expectations every time.
Both he and his nursing assistant are best versed in care coming from the medical teaching hospitals in the NE of the US. It’s been challenging as a “complicated” patient with an extensive medical history here in TN, but Dr. Ducey practices with humor, skillfulness, fairness, and a confidence, I’ve rarely seen in TN and was accustomed to in NÉ. He is honest & empathetic as his NA, Carolina. I even convinced my parents to see him, and we are all extremely pleased in his care. But he might think I’m crazy, because on a visit, my mom said Bill Gates was giving me a large sum of money for my company, I am attempting to form…lol. When she mentioned it to me, I said, “This time I’ll take blame for missing hearing you say that, but since you’re going deaf and refuse to wear hearing aids; I look like a lunatic if you say that to anyone, whether there was validity to it, which there is absolutely zero truth to that.” Lol 😂 I love what she thinks she hears, but he is fabulous with my parents, and that matters so much to me. I highly recommend him for patients of any age, and I was my former family physician’s Director of Nursing for one year to assist him to update all his policies and any specific requests prior to returning to college. At this point, I’d been a highly regarded Director of Nursing in NE beginning in Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine at GW to Internist to OB/Gyn to Geriatrics as I intended to go to Med school, but my illnesses began then and had to turn down scholarships. My point is finding one physician to confidently care for your entire family is a bigger blessing than many realize.🤗

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
