After four times called, and two voice messages, a receptionist answered the phone with a big actitude. It’s my first time calling trying to make an appointment with Dr. Juan Sanchez. The so called receptionist, told me that they’re very busy and that she can’t even return calls. Moving on, I asked for an appointment and she said that all depends on what kind of insurance I have and she will see if she can make such appointment. WOW!! She was crying on, like she was talking to a child? Maybe?

My mother was seen by Dr. Sanchez. He told her she had beginning of a cataract in her right eye. She innocently remarked that no other Dr. had mentioned that to her and he thought she was questioning his diagnosis. He became very angry and practically threw her out of the office. He misunderstood her comment and didn't stop to realize it was an innocent remark. He really needs to work on his people skills.

Doctor is very rude towards his patience. Will be making a complaint to the State Deptarment so it doesn't happen to someone else.

I met Dr. Sanchez when I moved to Indiana. My first impression of him was sweet and funny. He has always made sure to explain his reasoning for things. One thing that is very rare in any doctor... He gave us his personal number for if we had any problems. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is an overall sweet, understanding, and very personal doctor.
