Dr. Pinkard actually cares. No really, she listens and then acts in your best interest. I've never had this in my adulthood with an OB. She's truly amazing and she cares for her patients. If you want a doctor that's in it with you, and will fight for you to get better, she's who you want. She doesn't patronize you or make you "prove it." She's the kind of doctor we all wish for and I thought I'd never find. She helped me in a way that I can never fully thank her for. I recommend her to any of my friends or family members.

I absolutely love Dr. Pinkard as my woman's health physician. When I lived in another city, it took years to find the physicians that had good bedside manner, listened, spent time and had great energy. When we moved to Brentwood/Franklin area last year, I was sad to leave my physicians behind until I found Dr. Pinkard. She was exactly everything above and it only took one try to find her. I went to her for treating my anemia, and she went through all the potential possibilities and options; she was extremely thorough, but not excessive. Well to our surprise, we were in fact expecting and I enjoyed every single visit with Dr. Pinkard during this pregnancy. She respects the choices of her patients, pays attention to any and all physical symptoms and checks up mental health. Now one year later, our little girl has been a wonderful addition to our family and we have Dr. Pinkard to thank for keeping her and myself safe throughout pregnancy and through delivery.

In my hour of need for thorough diagnosis, trust, and compassion, Dr. Lauren Pinkard and Kelly, her nurse, were God-given answers to prayer. Dr. Pinkard not only diagnosed me accurately, but took immediate steps for diagnostic follow-up and referral to a gynecologic oncologist. This quick action, given the aggressive, high risk nature of the particular type of cancer, may very well have saved my life. Even though I have not been directly under their care since the surgery, Dr. Pinkard and Kelly have stayed in communication with me offering support, understanding, and their prayers. This type of medical intervention is very rare, and I am blessed to have found these dedicated professionals. THANK YOU!

Dr. Pinkard is amazing, I absolutely love her! She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time to explain things to you and makes sure you don't leave with any unanswered questions. After just one appointment with her, I knew I wanted her to deliver my baby. I couldn't be happier with my decision (luckily, I was induced so I was able to pick a day based on when she was doing deliveries). The delivery process could not have gone better, which was so comforting during this pandemic. I also just had my follow up with her and again, amazing. She never rushes you and tells you to call her if you ever have any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend her! Dr. Pinkard is one of a kind. She is very patient and understanding. I was under her care while pregnant, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout that I asked her to deliver our daughter. Best decision ever. She truly put me at ease before/during/and after. She constantly reassured me that she is here for me and being a worry wart that made a high difference. I can go on and on about how wonderful she is. Thank you Dr. Pinkard for being such a outstanding doctor.

There will never be enough words to say how pleased I am with Dr. Pinkard. She recently delivered my daughter and the entire process was seamless. From the beginning of my pregnancy, I never felt rushed during appointments and felt great ease during a global pandemic. She is extremely personable and ensures that her patients feel comfortable. The entire group that Dr. Pinkard is with is absolutely wonderful. I had some natural complications towards the end of my pregnancy and this team worked diligently to ensure a safe delivery. I am 100% confident in saying that my little girl is healthy and thriving because of the doctors within this group. The morning of my c-section, Dr. Pinkard came in to talk to me about how the surgery would go and what I could expect. She was thorough in her plan and very detailed. The surgery was smooth and the recovery was extremely manageable. I just recently had my follow up appointment and again another great experience. Thank you!
