Dr. Freedman is very wise, patient and kind. She genuinely cares about her patients. she is an expert on mindfulness and it's benefits and applications to mental health. At some point she was involved with a clinic that did not represent her approach well and therefore she received some negative reviews. The reviews, however, should have been directed to the clinic and admin staff, not to Dr. Freedman personally. I cannot imagine any of her patients feeling dissatisfied. She is simply excellent.

Kind, compassionate and caring physician. Actually takes time to listen, not just prescribe drugs like most psychiatrists. I've been to many docs over the years and she is by far the best.

she should read the bhudda pill and quit precribing mindfullness so indiscriminately. she is making a big business out of this, workshops, speeches, tweeting mindlessly about mindfullness . she cozies up to anyone who wants to talk this stuff, totally unaware of who she is getting involved with. stay away.
