Still seeing her, still highly recommend her!

Definitely the best doctor I have ever had! Dr. Tsao has gone above and beyond to give me excellent treatment over the last few years. She's helped treat an assortment of ailments, has never been judgmental and always excited to help.

I would give 0 star. I chose to see Dr Tsao because all the 5 stars ratings, but I'm very disappointed to get an frustrated experience. All I feel is that she just want making money from her parents over solving their problems. She pretended to be nice at the beginning but she is not at all. Aggressive Selfish Rude Nonprofessional No empathy these were the real attitudes she showed shortly afterwards. I felt worse after the visit. Such a waste of time and money!

Such a wonderful doctor. First time I have ever had a primary care physician. She had been amazing.

Dr. Tsao really listens and cares. I've been her patient since 2009-2016. She caught what so many doctors missed... i was extremely deficient in vitamin D. If you also see holistic doctors/healers, she's inclusive of that information too. I knocked it down a star for two reasons: stanford health won't take <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcoveredca.com&amp;s=efb8392bb6b0f060995700a86ea8d856fef8a497a9a836504e052c59c8ff1f33" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">coveredca.com</a> plans starting next year and once Dr. Tsao was out and I saw SOMEONE ELSE from her office who wouldn't give me antibiotics (which i never take) when I said i had an intestinal infection. Instead she almost had my gallbladder removed and the infection got worse while I was traveling. I still live with intestinal problems since then. Of course it wasn't Dr. Tsao's fault but she was my primary at the time. Other than that I'm very bummed that I don't know if I'll be able to see her next year because of the insurance issues.

BEST doctor I've ever dealt with! She's been my primary doctor for years now. She always takes her time to listen patiently with my concerns. Never did I see her rush and shows any bad attitude. She's very knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. Shows a lot of concerns. Very responsive with emails. Always has an answer for me. If she ever moves to another facility, and it's not too far from our residence, I would transfer and still schedule appointments with her. That's how good she is.

I saw Dr. Tsao for a couple of years and loved her. She was always a ready listener and let me explain everything I wanted to. She never discounted how I felt, which is important to me. She had good advice and tried to give me options when available. She never seemed rushed and never anxious to brush off any symptoms I had. I never seemed to have problems with the office staff and was normally seen within 5-10 minutes of checking in. I am sure it has to do with timing also. Once I had to wait 30, but I've never been to a dr.'s office (that had clients) where you didn't have to wait.

I've been seeing Dr. Tsao for nearly 5 years and she's nothing short of amazing. She is knowledgeable and spends her time with her patients. She's always available when I have a question or concern. Most importantly, the reason why I would not change my primary care physician is because of her wonderful bedside manner.

Lilian Li-Ning Tsao, MD is nothing more than a sales person. It was a horrifying experience. If I were you, I'd elect another Dr. Her interest seems to be a financial connection or something to "referrals" that are not covered by insurance. She barely allowed me to speak because she was in the middle of her sales pitch.

To whoever reads these reviews, PLEASE disregard the 1-star review that was written for her back in 2011, as that was only in regards to the office staff, not the doctor herself. Dr. Tsao has been my primary physician for several years now, and like all the others who gave her 5-star reviews here, I am SOOO grateful to have found her. She is extremely caring, compassionate, listens to your concerns and always responds to my emailed questions to her within 1 day. In fact, I think she even checks emails on days that she's not at work, because just a couple of weeks ago, I had an urgent question that I emailed her about, and when I hadn't heard from her by midday the next day, I called the office just to see if she was there and I was told that she was off that day, but lo and behold - she still managed to answer my email later on that afternoon! In fact, just now, despite it being past normal office hours already (it's 6:30 PM) I received a call from her following up on some tests I had done - now if that's not above and beyond, I don't know what is! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Tsao, for being the wonderful doctor that you are - 5-stars all the way!
