Hello facebook friends! For anyone who feels they have gained a few (or like myself a lot) of extra pounds during the pandemic, this plan is the one for you! My amazing fiance is one of the PAs there and is doing what she does best, changing lives for the better! So give her a follow on facebook and instagram for amazing recipes, motivation, and helpful tips on loosing those Covid 19 pounds!!

The staff at Medi-Weightloss are all very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and updated looking. I appreciate that they don't push you into anything extra like the shakes, snacks and other food items. You can do this with real food that you prepare and a little will power. I also like that you are scheduled to check in once a week for a weigh in and assessment. It keeps you accountable week to week. Thank you for helping me start my weight loss program and I can't wait until I meet my goal!

Medi Weightloss Brentwood TN has helped me lose 50lbs in 3.5 months! I still have more to lose to reach my goal weight but this method has proven effective with my results alone!
