I had a facelift almost 2 years ago by Youthful Reflections. Results looked great for the first 6 months. As the swelling diminished, the skin appeared loose again within 10 months. I questioned Dr. Boggess about it and he said it wouldn't keep getting looser in the short term. I knew aging would continue and expected it not to remain permanently; but, it continued to loosen significantly through this past year. It definitely isn't as bad as before surgery; but, it is no where near the results desired for the high price paid. I booked with him based a lot on his gallery. It was my first experience with any type of surgery and his gallery results look wonderful. The problem is, those results still include swelling that makes the face/neck appear tighter than it really is.

I had the BEST experience years ago with Dr Boggess. He has taken care of my facial aging issues since 2011. I TRUST him EXPLICITLY, he is always kind, honest & filled with wisdom. I love my results! He keeps me looking as good as I feel inside!!

Praise GOD!! Finding Dr. Boggess and his amazing staff was a true GOD send!! He is the VERY best facial plastic surgeon. He is kind, gentle, patient and caring. He really takes his time and listens to your concerns. When you leave all of the consultations, surgery and follow-ups- you leave feeling like Dr. Boggess is your friend and doctor and not just his patient. He truly cares. . When I read his bio it said "honestly, integrity truly listening to his patients". This is a spot on and perfect description of Dr. Boggess. From the time I called and spoke to his lovely receptionist Marilyn to meeting Dr. Boggess and his beautiful wife/office manager Bernadette this was an amazing, and peaceful, stress free, perfect experience. His 2 surgical assistant Gary and Alex were also so friendly, comforting and meticulous. My facelift looks great and I could not be happier. Praise GOD for everything and thank you again Dr. Boggess, Bernadette and staff.

If you have been considering scheduling a consultation with Dr. Boggess.....do it! I promise you will have wished you done it much sooner. I visited several doctors before making my decision. I knew after the time he spends listening to your concerns and providing honest feedback, that this was the place for me. His staff is etremely kind and make you feel super comfortable. I could not be more pleased with my results. DO IT!

I saw Dr. Boggess for a Lifestyle Lift. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post surgical follows ups, Dr. Boggess and his staff were attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel like my questions were answered thoroughly and I felt I was able to make an informed decision about this procedure. The results are amazing and my friends remark on how natural and refreshed I look while still looking like me. I cannot say enough about my experience and I recommend Dr. Boggess without reservation.

Dr. Bogess is a perfectionist with real talent. His work is amazing. His whole staff is great. The women that work there are beautiful, and so sweet. His assistants Gary and Alex are awesome. I can't recommend this place enough. You'll have to experience it yourself to see how good it really is.

There are about 5 doctors worth interviewing for male upper eyelid surgery and brow lift. Most charge $300 dollars for a consultation fee to tell you how they will approach your issue. I had consultations with all 5 spending about $1200 on consultation fees. I even scheduled a surgery twice with a Nationally known specialist in eyelid surgery. I cancelled twice because being intubated and unconscious during the surgery scared this control freak to death. Year two into my search, I signed up for a consultation through the Youthful Reflections website. To my surprise, they were offering free consultations. That right there told me the confidence level of this operation. When you know you are the best, you don’t need the consultation fees, your work speaks for itself. My consultation was about a week or two from when I signed up on their website. I now feel like a seasoned pro at consults after two years, two cancelled surgeries, and countless hours of research. This is my face after all, and I am a control freak. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with Covid 19 protocols which is refreshing that they take it seriously. My consultation was a matter of facts, which I liked. There was zero hard selling or pressure. Dr. Boggess informed me that it was completely unnecessary to do my procedures with anything other than local anesthetics. This was music to my ears. Finally, a physician confident enough to work on your face while you are awake. Perfect. My fears of intubation were over. I instantly paid my 10 percent deposit to get a date. He is extremely in demand at that moment and the soonest was about 8 weeks or so out which gave me plenty of time to pay for the procedure. On the day of surgery, I was given a valium, nitrous oxide, and local shots to numb the skin. I was not anxious, but yes the local shots have a brief flash of pain. It is comparable to getting a lip injection or fillers in your face. I was awake the entire time of 1 hour and 15 mins. There was zero pain during procedure. Some awkward smells and beeping but how nice to be awake to realize them. After the procedure, I was wheeled to my car where my sister was waiting. I instantly pulled down the mirror and the results are instant. My brows were back in place through the browpexy procedure and my droopy upper eyelids were gone. Yes! I am currently on day 4 of recovery. Yes, there is minor bleeding the first 24 hours. Yes, there is soreness. That is to be expected and easily treated with the gauze and pain meds prescribed. I am still swollen with bruising of the yellowish nature, but I can see the results through all of that and am so beyond grateful. Looking at droopy eyelids had bothered me for years! I have more energy than anyone yet I always looked exhausted. No more. Anyways, I did my research and most importantly listened to my gut instinct. As should you. Cheers.

My facial rejuvenation procedure was done a year ago. I waited because I wanted everything about my face to be settled and back to normal so I could speak to the true results. I had a Reflection Lift, Full Face CO2 Laser, and Fat Transfer. All of this was done with IV sedation. I am so very happy with my results! So very glad I chose Dr. Boggess. He did an excellent job from beginning to end. The result I wanted was a natural and refreshed look, and that is what I was able to achieve with the help of Dr. Boggess. The first week of healing, I stayed in my home and just rested and healed. I looked rough the first couple of days, but beginning at Day 3, bruising began lessening. I was able to make a quick trip out in public on Day 7, with the aid of a turtleneck, scarf and sunglasses. At a month out, I was able to ditch the scarf and turtleneck, and feel confident. At 6 months, I was pretty much healed, with no numbness or tingling. At one year out, I am super pleased with my refreshed look. The reaction from my family was amazing. They were so surprised at the smoothness of my skin and new, natural contours of my face. The underneath chin/neck area took the longest to heal, but what a difference there is in my chin and neck area now. I am using sunscreen daily, rain or shine. We are outdoors people because we have a farm, a pool, and, most importantly, grandchildren. I didn't give up that outdoor lifestyle! Instead, I use sunscreen, reapply throughout the day, and wear a hat! Would I do it again? Absolutely! Would I recommend Dr. Boggess? Absolutely! Facial rejuvenation procedures are all that he does. For me, that meant something.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Boggess. I was very nervous trying to decide which Doctor I would have do my procedure. When I had my consultation with Dr. Boggess I immediately felt the calming peaceful presence. I knew then I wanted to proceed along with his 100% safety record! Dr. Boggess was very patient and gentle Before, during & after my procedure. I am 100 % satisfied and will NEVER let any other Doctor work on my face. I am all ready planning my next visit for the reflection lift with fat transfer. I Trust Dr. Boggess and highly recommend him to anyone. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows, I feel so much better about myself and am excited to continue this Journey with no one other Than Dr. Michael Boggess himself! I can't thank him enough! I had an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift!
