Both of my parents are here. My dad in Assisted Living, and my mom in Lantern (Memory Care). They have a wonderfully caring staff, great food, and the best events coordinator on the face of the earth! Love them and am so happy we found my parents a place that feels like home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morning Pointe of Brentwood. My 92 year old Mom has thrived physically, mentally, and emotionally during the last eleven months in which she has lived there. It is fully staffed with exceptional nurses and caretakers who truly love the residents. The activity director is outstanding and keeps the residents motivated, involved, and entertained. The food is delicious, and the newly-decorated facility is beautiful. The communication and involvement with families is excellent. Our total experience with Morning Pointe of Brentwood has been outstanding.

My son and I have volunteered several times at Morning Pointe of Brentwood through our work with the Young Men's Service League WilCo chapter. It is a really sweet and fun place to volunteer. There are opportunities to interact with both memory care and assisted living residents. There are many good stories to be heard! We have played bingo, "beach"(ball) volleyball, pickle ball"oon" and more. The joy from the residents is contagious, and we both think it's a rewarding volunteer opportunity. Highly recommend!

The state of this place is terrible, and it's all because of the executive director, Lisa. It seems like she's disconnected from the reality of how residents are being treated. The Lantern faces serious issues, and the staff members are being aggressive, abusive, and disrespectful toward the residents. Hannah, the head of the Lantern, is the only staff member who genuinely cares about the residents. It looks like she's overwhelmed due to Lisa's incompetence. I had a family member at Morning Pointe for less than a year, and I had to move them out due to safety concerns. Residents are getting bruises and falling constantly without staff assistance. If you want the last few years of your loved ones' lives to be safe and comfortable, I urge you to research before choosing a place for them and avoid Morning Pointe. The corporate office needs to take action and remove Lisa from the property before someone's life is endangered.

I've been a volunteer in the memory care area of Morning Pointe Brentwood for about two years. The staff and leadership truly care about the residents and want to make them a part of a warm and welcoming community. Both in the assisted living and memory care areas, they provide a constant variety of activities and work very hard to keep the residents actively involved. I've also found that each resident is cared for in an individual way rather than one size fits all. As someone, myself, who has dealt with the difficulties of aging and memory-impaired parents, I know how hard and heartbreaking all the choices can become. I would not hesitate to have my loved one cared for at Morning Pointe of Brentwood.
