I waited the full 12 months before writing a review. It's pointless to write a review a couple weeks after surgery, which is when the survey requests are sent out. I had 3,000 grafts on the day of the procedure in hopes of not having to come back for a second time. After 12 months I have some new coverage on the front but got no results on the middle or crown. I followed the post procedure instructions closely and have supported the process with minoxidil and laser cap treatments. It looks nothing like the testimonials presented online. I have nothing negative to say about the staff, particularly the techs that actually do the implant work who were very professional. Bottom line is I spent a lot of money and got poor results.

Jessica was the absolute best. She was incredibly patient, took her time and is overall a perfectionist. It takes an artist to do this right folks. She’s a modern day Picasso. My friend had a previous surgery transplant and had great results. Jessica came highly recommended . Her bed side is top notch and pain management expertise next to none. One of the best decisions I have made. At 27 I wasn’t completely bald before but definitely had bald spots and it was only a matter of time. I frankly wasn’t expecting or hoping for much besides slightly more coverage & was surprised I was recommended their max amount of grafts they provide in a single procedure (2,500), but I now have the same full, head of hair I had as a teenager. I am 10 months in and while there’s still a couple of thin spots at the hairline and crown I would honestly be content if it stopped here. Those who knew me before have noticed a big change and others who didn’t can’t even tell I had one done. The growth process took longer than expected, but that could just be due to the type of hair I have as I’ve seen results in others a lot sooner, and the procedure is not for everyone as mine lasted about 12 hours, but Jessica was very nice and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience from beginning to now. Would recommend this company as an exceptional source of the execution of an hair transplant. I was completely comfortable from the moment I arrived on the day of the procedure. Can't say enough about the team that performed my hair transplant professional and hard working.
