Dr. Thomas and his team are Rockstar's! They were able to see me quickly and advise on the best options for my situation. Dr. Thomas and his staff went above and beyond to help me and I will be making plans to have all future work done with him.

I I definitely recommend this office is very very professional people that work there. They are very nice and they work with you on your schedule for appointments, also de communication is great , the time of the appointments are great . I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will forever be grateful for the care and respect Dr. Thomas and his team have shown me from the first appointment to now. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled and have had a rough recovery. I ended up with a dry socket and have been in excruciating pain this weekend. I tried to tough it out but ended up calling their after hours number for help. Dr. Thomas called me back quickly and was extremely helpful even though he was out of town. He got back the next day and had me meet him at the office , on a Sunday, and provided me with the treatment I needed for instant relief. He didn’t have to do that for me on the weekend, but he did. I will absolutely recommend this office and Dr. Thomas to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. I can’t thank him enough for the relief he has provided me. He even took the time to call me personally the evening after my surgery to check in and make sure I’m doing alright. Hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered! From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

After spending years with wisdom teeth that desperately needed to be removed, and then developing an additional abscess, I went to see Dr. Thomas. I was scared to say the least. I have an auto-inflammatory condition and, I guess, a little white-coat syndrome when it comes to dental work. At my initial visit, I found out that I also had some fibrous gum tissue that needed to be removed. In spite of getting the not-so-great news that I needed five teeth and gum tissue extracted, both Dr. Thomas and his staff were notably kind and I booked the procedure. On the day of the surgery I was anxious; but when it was finished, I was floored. I had next to no pain. I assumed I was still numb from the surgery and went home. I was told I might have pain, swelling, and fragile gum tissue for up to a couple of weeks. The thing is, I never had any of those things. Dr. Thomas removed five teeth and a mass of gum tissue and I was essentially myself the next day. I never swelled; I never bled after the first day; and I did not even have to use the pain meds prescribed. It was incredible. The bottom line: this surgeon is the TRUTH. I cannot recommend him enough. Imagine that: dental work I didn’t have to fear. Who knew? Amazing!

Dr. Mack is phenomenal, you’re in good hands! My 10 year old daughter had to have an extra tooth between her two front teeth extracted. Dr. Mack explained the procedure, answered all of our questions/concerns and made sure my daughter understood as well. Dr. Mack was very patient, caring and outgoing. We even received a follow up call after her surgery from Dr. Mack. Thanks Dr. Mack for all you do!

Very impressed with not only the staff, but the Dr.’s have been so thorough and my surgery from my teeth extraction, to the implants, have all been very easy to recover from. Dr. Thomas followed up both times to check on my recovery and that speaks a lot to his character and his care for his patients. Highly recommend.

Wow, where to start. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and his team. I had a world class experience from beginning to end. I ended up needing two extractions and an implant. Doctor Thomas put me at ease letting me know we could do sedation and he could do all the work done within one hour. On the day of the surgery he delivered, not only did I not feel a thing during the procedure but when I got home and had no pain, I repeat NO pain and very minimal bleeding. All I can say is doctor Thomas has been blessed with some amazingly skilled hands and I highly recommend him. Don’t put off you dental treatment due to anxiety, go see doctor Thomas and you will be glad you did!

The ENTIRE crew at Nashville Oral Surgery of Cool Springs is so insanely kind and they treat you very well. Dr Thomas is amazing at his job and even helped me out when I was in a pinch.
