Dr. Will and I have seen each other several times over the years. He remembers me and cares about me. he never wants to hurt me and very rarely does. His staff is also great especially Pam.

I have been going there for years! So professional yet friendly! They do a great job in preventive services! I love my hygienist Marina and before her Vickie Mercer! I recommend this group highly!

I had a terrific experience at Dr. Akin's office. I developed a terrible toothache and another dentist told me I would probably need to lose the tooth. Dr. Akin's office said I could come right over for A CAT scan, which most offices do not have. Dr. Akin was as friendly as could be. After the CAT scan, he said the ligaments around the tooth were just inflamed, and I would probably be better in a few days. He was absolutely right! Dr. Akin saved my tooth! I recommend the office highly.

Dr. Will is the best periodintist around. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and has the best bedside manner of any medical practitioner. Dr. Will has performed two bone grafts and one implant on me over the last few years. In all three cases, he has shown genuine care and concern. I would never go to another periodontist.

Be careful to record your conversations with a staff member at this practice by the name of Pam. She exaggerates and is untruthful with regard to patient conversations with her personally. She also does not follow through with follow up in regard to erroneous billing practices. She was supposed to contact my husband about a collection notice received for a bill he disputed. Not only did she not follow up, she lied and said she did because she had it "on a sticky note". Phone records on his phone do not lie. She also said no collection notice was sent to him...we have proof of the letter being sent to our post office box. Once she got off the phone with my husband, she obviously was untruthful with Dr. Akin about the conversation. He called and was very unprofessional with my husband about the call. Bottom line...record your conversations if you have an issue because this office, or at least this staff member and Dr. Akin are very unprofessional to say the least.
