Just like another client mentioned before , she will drop you immediately if you’re not purchasing hormone replacement therapy . I actually needed thyroid replacement and was told they provide the service there , after going there for 2-3 yrs and always having to beg for thuroid hormone ( i habe no thyroid ) every time i needed a refill, she offered hormone replacement therapy and when i refused ( did not have any pre menopausal symptoms ) , she dropped me as a client . Caveat emptor !

From the moment I stepped into Dr. Kensington's clinic, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming environment. The staff members were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kensington herself is a true gem. Her genuine care for her patients shines through in every interaction, making me feel valued and understood. Dr. Kensington's depth of knowledge in regenerative medicine is truly impressive. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and treatments, ensuring that I fully understood the potential benefits and risks. Her attention to detail and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field reassured me that I was in capable hands.

I have been getting hormone replacement at New Life Physicians for over 10 years and feel fabulous. Dr. Morgan and her team are kind and caring. I would highly recommend.

I have been a client of New Life Physicians for many years. I'm not just $! I feel very cared about by doctors and staff at NLP. I have a much better quality of life since becoming a client thanks to doctors that care! I recommend New Life, 100%!

Please do your research, talk to your PCP, and think wisely before going to this place... it is a total scam. I was recommended to go to Dr. Kensington by a coworker. My first visit, a consult, the NP, Melanie, sat me down and we discussed my symptoms and then she showed me some Testosterone pellets and said, "these are similar to the pellets you'll get", and I thought that was so odd that she said that, bc blood work hadn't even been done yet to determine if I actually even needed Testosterone therapy. The visits also will cost you about $350 OUT OF POCKET bc insurance does not cover these office visits. Insane cost for a 15 min. visit!! I went back a couple weeks later to follow up on my lab results, and was told that my testosterone was low- even though the results that they gave me showed that I was in a completely normal range. The NP told me that the "range is out of date" and that my Testosterone is extremely low. Then, the NP prepared me the Testosterone pellets without even asking me if I wanted the pellets or if I wanted to do the self-injections. I opted for the injections and did them at home from Jan. 2021-May 2021, and I eventually decided to stop the injections bc it literally didn't help me at all, I was tired of giving myself injections every 10 days, and bc New Life was charging me $75/month (for what, I don't even know- but it wasn't for my injections or supplies, I'll tell you that) on top of $350 per office visit. Also, I never even met this "Dr. Kensington", which is also not good. When I decided to stop doing the injections in May, I called New Life's office to ask what I needed to do to get off the injections. The receptionist told me that a nurse would call me back, but no one did. I had to call again hours later to ask to speak with a nurse again, but still no one was available. The receptionist asked me what I was calling about. I told her that I was wanting to get off the injections, and then the RECEPTIONIST told me that I could "just stop taking the injections".. WHAT??? Why is a receptionist advising me what to do with my healthcare?? I was wanting to talk to a nurse to be sure I didn't need to titrate the dosage, or was at least expecting someone to ask, "are the injections not working for you" or, "what can we do differently for you".. nope, all I get is a receptionist giving me medical advice and I still never heard from a nurse or anyone form New Life again. Also, the receptionist told me that I MUST bring my vial of Testosterone back to them? for What??? Umm no, I paid for this and I am not bringing it back to you for God knows what reason... Now, when talking with my PCP about this, my PCP is completely in shock and told me that my Testosterone values were completely normal that whole time, and that it could have even caused heart issues and other medical problems if I stayed on them!!! Obviously, I should have talked to my PCP before doing the injections, but my coworker has had such a great experience on Testosterone and at this practice so I trusted them, which is my mistake... Don't go to New Life Physicians for Testosterone or anything else for that matter.. Go to to your PCP or GYN and they can help you and it will be covered by insurance. Side note- I also think that it's weird that this "Dr. Kensington" goes by so many different names online and has two different New Life Physicians websites- New Life Physicians 2.0... just all so sketchy to me and I had such a bad feeling about this place from day 1.. should've listened to my gut.

New Life Physicians atmosphere was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful! The Doc was attentive, insightful and gifted me with anew perspective on testosterone therapy! I encourage any one to go see the Doctor for a consultation! I’m confident this will be Life changing!

Please save your time & money and go elsewhere. I spent too much money to be told I can order the supplements I needed online, and that I can call a 1-800 hotline with my next test results since they don't know much about the test? Why are ya'll administering a MEDICAL TEST that you don't know much about, and can't review with your patients? The nurse I had was very sweet and kind though, but could not answer my questions. When I asked what to do next since they were not sure what was causing my issues, she couldn't answer any of my questions. This place is a joke... Also 75$ for a nurse to scan over a 4 page document for 15 minutes & then have to order the supplements, and crap online? Very funny! Especially since I have to order them online!!! Why did I have to come in?
