Unbelievable neglect from the physician I saw. Came in with a virus not covid. I was on day five and my symptoms were getting worse. So sick I was having trouble following conversations and taking directions. The physician and I mean literally told me to tough it out and to go get OTC medicine as if I hadnt thought of that. When I asked her how long I was contagious she told me it didnt matter because my coworkers exposure risk was the same just going to the gas station or grocery store. Gotta keep them customers comin eh?Reponse Have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to discuss this further and havent gotten a single call back.

The location is convenient and it’s nice and clean inside. The staff was friendly except the NP that I saw was not patient or kind. I felt like I was being rushed in and rushed out. She didn’t let me finish my sentences before interrupting me. And it didn’t seem like she was even pretending to care what was going on with me. I will not be retuning to this location.

I went into this office to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection that I had for weeks. I frequently get these and have needed an antibiotic in the past for it to resolve. This was communicated to the PA. I also tested positive for COVID on top of having a sinus infection. The PA REFUSED to give me an antibiotic to help my sinus infection. She is it wouldnt help and that wasnt their protocol. I had to call my primary physician who then prescribed the antibiotic. She said OF COURSE we need to treat the sinus infection so it doesnt lead to making COVID worse.Go see a real doctor PAs at these places are just following their manual and dont know what they are doing.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful.The general practitioner Brianna Ridley was just excellent concerning how she explained everything.I would definitely go back to this Urgent Care facility.
