I was referred to OMS Nashville by my dentist. The staff and the doctor were very kind and eased my anxieties about having a tooth pulled. They answered all of my questions and they even called to check on me after. Thank you OMS Nashville.

Hello to all that want to visit this place. PLEASE be very careful about your bill from this place. My experience I received services in January2021. I receive my first statementbill June2021 to my surprise it is a 121+ day notice. Well yes since you ask... I called and the lady from OMS Nashville had the nerve to state that I was sent several bills...WHAT? Ok so I called my insurance and OMG they stated my documents from OMS was not received until May2021. My insurance went for bat for me asking them why did it take so long for the statement to be sent and why am I patient paying for something that is clearing THEIR fault but I told my insurance that it was ok and when people do wrong GOD know how to fix it... Dr. Shaw was great

Dr Hamilton and her assistant made me very comfortable considering my anxieties I felt safe and in great hands. I highly recommend her as well as OMS for their cleanliness professionalism kind staff and comfortable waiting area thank you.

I had a back molar pulled 3 months ago. To this day it hasn’t healed and is still open. I have dealt with pain every day since. I have gone back 3 different times I even requested to see a different dr. the 3rd time. The original dr acted like she was concerned but the 2nd dr acted like he could care a less. He didn’t even look in my mouththe assistant did and I guess she communicated to him before he came in the room. When I asked why was it taking so long for the opening to healhis reply was “everyone is different.” I can’t imagine it taking 3 months for a tooth to heal. At this point I’m going to have to go to a new oral surgeon and incur a new expense and see what is going on. Something was obviously left inside when it was pulled or it would be healing. I would think twice before going to this office for services.

I had a bad experience originally but they were able to work things out with them so I didnt have as difficult a financial burden.

Over Thanksgiving weekend I ended up with a terrible mouth pain and could barely open my mouth. Found out I had the one thing I was dreading..it was time to remove my wisdom teeth. OMSNashville got me in so quick Dr. Randall Cone and his team were so awesome and really helped put me at ease. Never lied to me about how I would feel after surgery. He was spot on how I would feel bad in a few days again but it would get better from there. I am feeling great and turns out wisdom teeth removal isn’t as bad as I thought. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs oral surgery

It’s was a great experience to work with Dr.West he is taking care of his patients really well. My wife and kid is also patient of Dr.West highly recommended.
