Insurance is confusing and there was a small snafu but I'm so thankful for their team to sort it out for me on my behalf. Most places will not do that for you! Going the extra mile makes all the difference, especially when you're not feeling good. Thank you, Julia! I love that it's a big open room with many therapy options all around you, and it's hoppin! Every time I go, all the therapists and their assistants (in school) are wonderful and busy! I love Josh, so thankful to him and his staff for the amazing care I have received. I highly recommend them all! My best friend told me about this place and has received care from multiple therapists and their specialties which has really helped her in her healing journey too! I'm also just really thankful that everyone is so friendly, and become like family. I appreciated Jared always asking what's for dinner, and talking with Josh about our doggo's that look so so similar! No one explains things with wordy info that you don't understand, or makes you feel "less than, or uneducated" - just a good team of compassionate lovely people, HELPING PEOPLE. --------- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in with severe hip and adductor tightness—the kind of pain that kept me up at night and made weight training nearly impossible. As an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, I can’t afford setbacks like this. After just two weeks of treatment, I’m now pain-free, and my range of motion has improved dramatically. I’ve always been skeptical of physical therapists, but the team at Performance Therapy Institute truly knows their stuff. Their expertise and approach exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. With my kids in wrestling, injuries are always a possibility, but now we have a go-to team we trust. If you need real results, this is the place to be!

Casee and Christina have been amazing therapists. They have worked hard to find the underlying causes of my pain and address those issues. My son sees Josh and Theresa, and I can't say enough good things about the care they have given him. This is by far the best PT clinic I've ever been to.

Wes at Franklin Performance Therapy comes to my home, and is 100% hands on for a full 60 minutes! He provides at home therapy, and offers and free 90 minute consultation. I’ve never seen anything like it! He is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable! I feel so much better after just 2 visits! Highly recommend!

After having my left hip replaced, I knew that the PT was as important, if not more important, than the orthopedic who did the surgery. Physical Therapy Institute took care of me for a few days after surgery. Josh, Amanda, and Angela have all worked with me. They all love what they do and have compassion and knowledge to help you come back stronger than before. I have already and will continue to refer and endorse the Physical Therapy Institute.
