DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!! Dr Peter Swarr will take your money and never send your prescription to the pharmacy.

This review is about the negative treatment by the staff during appointment that was later cancelled for no reason. Arrived early, told to wait, after delay then told by staff was checking out billing. No money was owed. Asked why the long delay? Told denial of service and they called the police to have me leave the premises. Police told me to go step outside. Later call was placed, my husband stepped up and asked why? Told same answer, excuse given again checking out billing. Letter arrived through the mail saying services are ended. This was an excruciating experience. No person deserves this treatment.

Not only the best Family / Personal Care Physician but, possibly, my life-saver. But for his persistence urging completion of a test I delayed time and again, my Cancer would have become more life-threatening.

Dr. Swarr has been my primary physician for almost 20 years. He's seen me thru several rare and tricky medical diagnoses. He's more than willing to refer to specialists, but puts extra effort into those rarer difficult problems. Sometimes hard to get an expedient appointment, but that's probably because he's got excellent patient report...

The best doctor in Brentwood!

He is an Excellent doctor for my family. I can't imagine a more attentive doctor!

Dr. Swarr is by far one of the best primary doctors I have found. He listens to what you tell him and works hard to find the best way to help you feel better. He has a wonderful bedside manner as well as being knowledge. So grateful to have found him!

Too often in today's environment, I've felt felt rushed and like the doctors and staff aren't paying attention to me. That is not the case here at all. Dr. Swarr is just a terrific physician. More than anything, he listens and he pays attention. He is thorough, but not overly so and I feel extremely confident in his diagnoses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Swarr for approximately 11 years. Dr. Swarr has an excellent bedside manner. He is very thorough with his evaluation. He spends time with me explaining medical terms and diagnosis, which I value. His smile always brightens my day and puts me at ease.

I imagine he is a great Pediatrician, but he seemed to talk to me as if I were a child. I came to Nashville and was looking for a new Internist. He was on my insurance plan. It took almost 5 months to make an appointment. I have found someone I like much better and in the same area, and she treats me as the adult I am.
