Been going to Brentwood (TN) Dermatology for many years. Loved the service and the doctors are excellent. Billing, however, is a different matter. Once BD sold, the back office developed a considerable amount of incompetency. I pay my bill regularly after attending as my account states. However, just today I found out I was sent to collections nearly a year ago. Had no idea! No notification! I doubt anyone cares at BD or now Pinnacle. Funny how you can call the office directly for an appointment and get one quite easily. Getting a responsible party for billing and then finding one who actually cares is a different matter. Will now start the process of finding another dermatologist!

Dr canceled my appointment 2 times in the last 3 weeks. Treatment didn’t work at all and still had to pay. Office looks like it’s from the 70s - super old and crusty. Don’t go.

This place sucks! The providers are so not helpful, and seem so unknowledgeable. Went in for a legit concern and walked away with an offer for something cosmetic. Oh yea also expensive, with or without insurance :) front desk was nice but not very helpful.

Dr. Nord is helping me to feel good about my skin and myself. She listens to my concerns and checks issues very thoroughly. I finally feel like my skin is on the right track. Everyone in the office is so nice and very helpful.

Dont miss an appointment because they will charge you 250 dollars without telling you oh but they sneak it in to the stuff you sign at the doctors and never formally tell you

Made an appointment a month ago, called to confirm, showed up this morning and was told a referral is needed. Asked why I was not informed and was told they just saw it. Very unprofessional as I wasted half of my day and my child missed the activities due to this appointment. Seems like no one cares about patient well being. Would not go back and do not recommend as they had enough time to inform me especially when I called days prior to confirm the time

FYI Do not, I repeat DO NOT pay cash for your co-payment ! I received a bill for a 10.00 co-payment that I know I paid cash for so I called and talked to a nice girl that said to ignore the email because I owe nothing. Again I got another email, so I called again and someone there said that I said that my Insurance would pay for that...(NOT True) I have to pay a co-payment of $10.00 at every appointment every where I go for years, so someone there is lying. Be careful with your cash. I will not be going back there.

Had appt today for my yearly skin check. Leighton was professional and very easy to talk to. The office staff very nice. I had read some reviews that made me feel a bit unsure, but so far I ( family) will return.

I booked appointment for my son 3 days ago and I did everything online I put his insurance card pictures front & back , then I got message with the appointment so I left today my work early as well my kids left school early and right before the app the rude nurse in the clinic told me 3 minutes before my app sorry we don't accept your insurance 😡😡. I do not recommend this stubid clinic don't waste your time and your money
