Premier Radiology Services's Online Review Report Card

I received caring help when my insurance would not approve an MRI for me. Your staff worked with my cardiologist to correct this. During the process I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone. They are continuing to assist me with additional testing. The process which could have been stressful turn out to be pleasant experience.

Friendly staff and no waiting time.

Won't answer the phone so I can check my appointment and ask for the address. It's 11:00 am and I have been calling and letting it ring until I get hung up on for last 15 min. What the heck. Not good business practice nor does it instill any confidence in this place. 10:45 am is too early for lunch.

I would rate the Brentwood, TN location on Old Hickory Blvd. a zero if that were possible. They NEVER, EVER answer their phones and they NEVER, EVER phone you back (when leaving a voice mail). I had to go there to schedule an appointment. When I asked who answers their phones, they told me it's an outside service. They said they know they have a problem and they are working on it. Evidently not, as this was weeks ago and nothing has changed. I was told when leaving my appointment that I could stop by the next morning and pick up my results, that they had a radiologist working over night. They assured me the results would be ready when I questioned them (based on their phone service). I showed up the next morning and the results were NOT ready. It is very frustrating dealing with a business in 2021 that does not have phone service. I have to drive back to their facility and hope they have my results as they don't answer their phones, or return calls. This is no way to conduct a business. Don't waste your time unless you have lots of it to spare.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility! Everyone from the front desk staff to the MRI tech were SO welcoming and friendly. I love that I didn’t have to fill out endless paperwork or wait forever to be called for my treatment! As soon as I checked in, the tech was waiting for me and took me immediately back for my MRI. He was extremely nice and explained everything he was going to do. I can’t say enough great things about my visit! Unable to reach them, no voicemail system set up

I would give a much better score to Premier Brentwood, however, I am unable to have the results sent to my physician. You use a company called Healthmark to forward test to doctors. I have been waiting almost a month with no results. I have filled out the proper request forms Initially, they said my doctor that requested the CT was not in the system and I was not notified. Of course, I did not get a CT scan without physicians orders and my insurance has paid and yet I cannot get records forwarded.They are unable to find records. Premier says they are unable to help because they use a third party to forward files.

There is no reason to make walk-in patients registration and check-in so difficult. Either there’s a walk-in or not. My experience started with question “I can schedule you for tomorrow?” Following with many undecided questions from the person working the front desk. Simple is better.

Wonderful staff! They are patient and friendly! Brittany was my nurse and she was awesome! So compassionate, understanding, and kind. Would definitely have my tests here again 😊
