I have always enjoyed coming here previously, but recently had a very disappointing experience with this business through ClassPass. They repeatedly canceled my reservation at various times without explanation, despite availability showing on the app. After the third time I attempted to rebook, I received a text where I was told that weekends were now blocked for members. This wasn’t reflected on ClassPass. If the system isn’t functioning correctly, they should consider removing themselves from the platform until it’s resolved. This lack of communication and accountability is poor customer service. I am unlikely to return, as I do not often have the luxury of being able to schedule appointments during the week.

My experience at PS&F Brentwood has always been positive. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The studio is well kept, organized and feels welcoming. I enjoy coming here very much.

This was my first float experience and I had really high expectations but unfortunately I did not have the most relaxing experience. The sound and music in my float pod did not work so I never heard the relaxing music and I could not tell when my float was going to end so I kept having to get out of the water to check my phone. The atmosphere is nice and they were kind at the desk but I wouldn’t go back.

The sauna and float combo helps with relaxation and breathing. It is an excellent tool for mindfullness and meditation. Great for skin and hair too!

I was told my package was expired but after I emailed them the manager called me back to say that they are not expired and I could come in and used them. That was great news as I do enjoy the sauna and can feel the benefits afterwards. However, I was incredibly disappointed with the expired package as I spent a lot of $ on that.

First time to the Brentwood Pure Sweat location. The studio is beautiful and I got a great tour of the facility, services and products. I started with a compression session followed by a sauna and left feeling like a new person. Great way to destress and detox your body. If you have not tried this, I highly recommend it! The Cool Springs location in Franklin near Whole Foods is wonderful too and the float will leave your skin and hair feeling so soft!
