Dr. Solomon's staff is exceptional. They've been responsive to my calls and the tests I needed. Pleasant and friendly. Helpful. Called back when necessary in a timely manner. Having seen Dr. Solomon many years ago, I am confident of his skills but needed to let everyone know of how I feel about is front office staff.

Dr. Solomon is okay, but I am actually grateful for his incompetent office staff. They prompted me to find another doctor. Apparently they deal with kidney stones on a regular basis, so they are no big deal. After getting out of the ER, I was told to see my urologist within two days. I couldn't even get a call back. My first message (of 3) said, "Please, if you are too busy to see me, just let me know so I can move on." Didn't even get a call back.So I went online and just went to the first doctor who could see me. What a difference! I saw Dr. Petrossian in Long Beach. Quick, efficient, caring, and competent. His office had a peaceful vibe (Solomon's is hectic), and most important, he took my pain seriously. He performed my procedure without a hitch. I am grateful Solomon's nurse dropped the ball.

Some of the staff here have a terrible attitude; especially, over the phone. They speak to you as if you are bothering them about something. Dr. Solomon is great! If you don't care about how people talk to you then this is your spot because the doctor is great. Then again this is Newport Beach...

He is easy to talk with, listens well and and has helped me tremendously. The only problem is getting appointments without needing to wait 4-5 weeks.

Dr. Murray doesn't accept insurance, but that's the only negative thing I can say about him. He is an MS specialist in the Sky Ridge medical center in Lone Tree. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the disease, he is friendly, flexible and great at answering questions in a clear and useful way. If you suspect MS or have been recently diagnosed, he's well worth the $350 new patient fee. Also, I got my appointment with him on only 4 days notice. You never get that with a doctor that takes insurance.
